The customer service here by the manager is just phenomenal. She helped me with coupons and discounts, returns/exchanges and honored old discounts. They really go above and beyond on in-store & online orders. She did her best to save me every penny and was so efficient, polite. I've been in a few times and she's always like this.

Horrible place. Do not recommend I asked to speak to a manager and Daniel said she was the manager then at the end of our conversation she said she will let the store manager know and from the start I specifically said I would like to speak to the manager. Customer service is horrible the two women from the morning are awful. The short lady with the gray shirt and the chubby lady with blond hair have terrible customer service. This is something I see in the reviews that is constant but nothing has been done.

Back to school shopping this store was well put together. My only gripe was there was only one staff member on the floor, the one ringing people up. This is the busiest time besides a holiday I feel. When the staff member was available to help me she was very pleasant.

They need to train there employees better or have better ways of doing Trans actions my bank says its a pending transaction but yet they claim it didn't go Tru show the girl she said it canceled but yet my bank took it

Will not shop with this company again! I order 306 dollars worth of clothes for my daughter. Tracking said delivered but I didn't get any thing. I have cameras and made sure it was taken or any thing. I emailed about the issue The lady that respond basically did not care one bit on helping. Told me to contact the postal service and that is all she could do. I didn't make a purchase with the postal service, I made it with Children's Place! She couldn't even be helpful on at least telling me she would look into it. It was basically brushed off as my lost. I've spent too much money with this company over the years to have no customer service. Will be contacting my bank first thing tomorrow. Guess I'll shop with Carters.

Lazy and rude employees I went in to get school uniforms and when checking out they rang up wrong price so I told the lady and she said you have to get a pack and I said all the shorts are separate she just rolled her eyes and I got her more mad when I told her to take them off I’m not buying it so FYI check prices.

I work retail so I totally understand that some days are rough, especially after dealing with the Karen that was before me. However, you shouldn’t be in customer service/retail if you can’t have a positive attitude with every interaction. The three Hispanic girls working night shift on 11/21 were standing in a circle, all on their phones. When I inconvenienced them by picking up an online pickup order, they were snappy and short. Whoever is managing these employees and working in recruitment is doing a terrible job.

TERRIBLE DIRTY STORE. It was completely dead with one other lady in the store and the two employees - nobody greeted us or even asked if we need any help - they were just working on putting things away with a big mess in the middle. A little confusing why they didn't speak to any customers, but we go to check out and we are standing there for a few minutes and one of the girls comes up and checks out the other lady behind us- didn't acknowledge us or say anything to us!! The store manager, DANIELLE, comes over and checks us out.. I ask why we were so rudely ignored and in the rudest manner decides to tell us that we weren't standing in the right spot, might I add we were standing right at the register - she didn't care and was extremely rude to us. When I asked who the store manager was she proudly smirked and said she was - no apology and almost thought it was funny. TERRIBLE. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. It wasn't a big deal until the store manager was rude.. I don't know how they run their business and I've worked in customer service, I'll just not shop ever at this location again.

I guess I should've took notice of the 2 star rating however I rarely shop at this location and the few times I have shopped here I arrived when they first opened so I typically didn't have issues with long lines and I didn't ask any questions so I didn't encounter any rude employees. Even though there was only one person in front of me on one of my visits it took a very long time to process this customers purchase. I did notice limited inventory...the store always seems to be empty to me. I typically have my items shipped to my home but I decided to try shipping to this location. That was a huge mistake. I called the store several times, even weeks after my order supposedly shipped from the warehouse and was supposed to arrive. They always claimed they didn't have my package. I think it arrived and they placed it on the floor as regular merchandise. Do not shop here and don't have any items shipped here.

After too many visits with long lines and rude employees—I avoid this place at all costs. It’s worth the trip to the Baybrook store even though I live closer to the Pasadena location.
