They picked up the phone quickly, were very friendly and had a technician out in 30 MINUTES to help us fix our RV tire blow out. Even better yet - we asked if they could just go ahead and change out all the tires and they were able to accommodate that for a very reasonable price! So incredibly impressed! “I was in town on Labor Day weekend for an event. Found a nail in my tire Saturday at 2:30. After calling 6 shops with no luck, I called discount motorcycle tires and dealt with George. He informed me they had a tire, were open until 5:00. I rode over, tire was very reasonably priced as was the install price. Also got some new brake pads on the rear. In and out in 1 hour. The entire staff was friendly, very reassuring, and understanding. And they treat you more like family, rather than just a customer. Considering that it is the holidays, not only did I leave with a set of brand new tires + warranty, but I also left with a goodie box of products to maintain the quality of my car and tires as well!
