They did fix the ignition on my car properly but the locksmith told me
He would make a new key after my key got stuck in the ignition. Rather than actually making the new key, they just took the key part and glued it back to the key fob and gave this as the key to start the vehicle. It got stuck in the ignition immediately upon use. Fortunately, I had a spare key. Overall, decent experience and did a good job fixing the actual ignition housing. Would recommend again but make sure to communicate terms clearly with locksmith when having service performed.

I needed a second key cut and programmed for a used F-150 that I recently purchased. They were friendly and answered all of my questions before starting the job. They were able to complete the job without any issues, and I was very pleased. This kept me from dealing with the dealership and saved me some $.

My work makes us use this store for supplies because they accept PO#'s. Everything is more expensive here than home depot or Lowes. Only a couple employees ever working at a time. Been given wrong keys, when we renewed our store locks. Went to get lumber today. Double the price of home depot for 2x4's and we had to sit and wait for someone to bring us the lumber. We couldn't just go grab it and pay for it and load it. No, you have to pay for it ahead of time, then wait by the garage door because they are short staffed. Then when the guy starts grabbing lumber it's all in a pile that's stuck behind other stuff. Big tripping hazard. 3 out of 5 of the 2x4's were severely warped and he handed them to me like they thought we we were going to pay double price for twisted lumber. Stay away!!!!!

Been coming here for a long time, for hardware and stuff around the house. Came in today, 11/16, for an outlet cover and was followed around the store while I browsed. I’m heavily tattooed, so I know I draw suspicion, but I really don’t like shopping places where I’ll be followed like I’m a thief. Especially considering I was with my kids, and was there for a 59¢ item.

Our technician did a great job! We called the day before about changing a lock to our commercial office. He came in bright & early and finished the job quickly, great price as well.

Had a really bad experience!!!!!! my parents who are Spanish speakers (Hispanic) bought something and it wasn’t the right tool tried to return it 30’min after because they bought the wrong tool, SHE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT THE SITUATION!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I was purchasing a generator at your store do to the power outage I’m disabled person using the little bit off money I have to get my hospital equipment running and y’all trying to make more money than what you have it for on your scanner not cool I know people are in need do to power outages don’t forget the customers are the ones that keep y’all open

My safe handle broke and they easily fixed it quickly and for a great price. There was another problem with the safe that may have contributed to the handle breaking and they were able to fix that in one day and it was very affordable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services and use them again if the need arises.
