Everytime I come to trustmark bank Pasadena location it’s always a problem cashing a company issued check. It’s quite obviously it’s racial discrimination cause they have declined to accept my Texas drivers license saying they can’t verify it. So I presented a passport and they still declined it. There policy states to have 2 forms of identification but why isn’t a government issued passport not valid. Secondly, I previously tried to cash another company issued check, but was declined because they stated they needed to verify the check with the company. They lied and said they couldn’t get in touch anyone from my company but I called them in front of them. But told me they couldn’t communicate with them because it’s not their company policy. Later I spoke to my company representative which I was told no one attempted to contact them. I returned and another co worker was there cashing their company issued check which he wasn’t of the same racial demographic, and his checked didn’t get flagged. The bank manager going to ask me why I won’t just go to a check cashing institution; knowing that those places charge outrageous percentages. But you constantly dishonor your bank’s policy to not cash checks that’s issued from your establishment. Seriously it’s 2023 I shouldn’t still have to endure these same inconveniences and injustices.

Worst Bank Ever! There always coming up with new policies and one teller tells you one thing and another teller tells you another thing, and they are so SLOW. And there always making mistakes. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

Never have any customers and service is very slow. Even at the drive-thru window. Just a heads up the tellers inside can hear you if you are at the drive thru. So, watch what you say. Inside TM it is slower and it seems the system is always down.
