Rented online and when we got there, they said it was rented by someone else. I don't know if it's necessarily this particular location's fault but it's extremely frustrating. I would think a big company like uhaul would have a better website and communication with the dealers.

They don't like to give information. I work almost the whole day, so when I realized it was late I call to this location cause I saw they close little bit late (8pm I guess) and When they answered the phone I asked if they had.... the person who answered the phone told me without think NO, and if you see the clock its 7:45 pm... I was Calling just to know if they had the piece I need n make an appointment for tomorrow so they can install it... wow... Now I know where to call to ask the time...

I reserved a truck online and when I got there, the door was chained up and no one was answering the phone. Almost an hour later and still no one is there. These neighborhood rental locations are always hit or miss. I won't be making that mistake again.

I came all the way from Los Angeles, CA for business trip. Waiting 1 hr. 20 minutes outside and door is still closed. I called and told Mohamed that will be there at 8:00 am. Never going to use U-haul again....Not even one star.
