People were nice but Way too expensive would not recommend seems like a terrible business model that takes advantage of people that don’t really have other options seems like false advertising as well saying it’s $20 to rent a truck and after everything it comes out to $136 for 3.5 hrs

The u-haul I rented didn’t come with a ramp. I was in a rush to move my belongings didn’t have time to go back . Overall it’s a decent rental service but check rental before leaving .

Amazing service !! I came here before closing to get propane for my Rv and they were very kind to stay open a bit later to help us . Special shout-out to Micheal W. For going above and beyond , he pumped the propane and ran my card inside so I didn’t have to go out in the freezing weather . He also noticed one of our outdoor storage cabinets was open and even went as far as to bungee it down for us!! So thoughtful ! Thanks so much ! Would recommend

The storage rental prices aren’t competitive, so can’t comment about that so much. They never know now when they will get propane. Why even bother then? At least back in the day, you got propane after a decent wait.

Michael W. was a superstar helping me in the rain with my trailer rental! Literally laid down on the wet ground to assist me! Everyone working yesterday (11/12/23) was so nice and helpful! Top notch customer service!

Trash service!!!! Rude and ghetto workers who were on the phone texting and taking selfies. I requested info on several units only to be told to "hold up". I took my services elsewhere

I do not recommend it, they gave me the truck with half a tank of gasoline and they charged me as if they gave it to me with a full tank and that is a lie I gave the truck with the gasoline they left me and they charged an extra $43 dollars that is very bad from Workers
