Visited this store the other day & all encounters with Ulta employees were pleasant until I got to the register. Jimena was training someone & yikes she was pretty awful. Jimena was rude, impatient, & sharp with her words. Along with my purchase I had a birthday gift offer & when I asked about the options she stated she didn’t know & pushed a cardboard box with rubber bands to me. She had no product knowledge of those items & told me to look on the app myself to get the information. My first time at this particular location & I think I’ll pass on future visits.

I came in with the barcode ready to pick up my order and the lady asked for my id, I told her I didn’t have one because it was stolen she then told me well you can’t get your order if you don’t have an id. She was being really rude and talking to me an attitude in front of all the other customers, on my receipt clearly says “ Show the barcode below to get your beauty goodies” nothing about show your id to get your order. I felt discriminated, just because I came in with a messy bun doesn’t mean I came in with bad intentions. If I could give a 0 star I would!

I went to get my hair colored with Jody. She was so sweet and kind to wait on me. I'm definitely coming back to her again. Highly recommended and I appreciate her waiting on me even if I was a bit late on my appointment. Thanks again!

This store is FILTHY. I didn't even want to touch anything. When I got there I went to the bathroom and it looks like that no one's cleaned it in months it's so bad that I actually took pictures and I'm going to send them to corporate because it is unacceptable. Dirt and hair everywhere. I'm a long time Ulta customer but I left because it was just so dirty in there
