The facility is OK... but they do raise the rates on you frequently. I had 2 units for about 2 years due to a tornado destroying my home, and as I'm trying to get my life back here come u.s. storage centers raising the price. They don't even let you use the dumpsters. Overall everyone seems pretty nice and respectful though.

jacob is gods gift to customer service, he went through the process of picking out and buying a unit step by step with me and answered all of my questions with patience and efficiency. i would recommend this business to anyone based of the customer service he’s shown me alone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
