To work at this place, I think you need to be mad and rude at the same time because every time my wife or my son go there always very rude to them. All those people that worked there are always such bad attitude. If you don’t like your job, go find somewhere else to work at you’re a customer service so sad.

Julia was very unprofessional. I walked in to get my finger prints done and as she was typing in my information, Julia decided to wave my social security around when she should’ve put it down and then help her co-worker. She also spoke very loudly as she was reading my information back to me.

Trash Location staff just stares doesn’t offer help when asked for something only reply is sorry we don’t have any just so they don’t have to get up and do their job! Why show up to work if you aren’t going to work? Save yourself the trouble and avoid this location hopefully it’ll get new staff that actually does their job or they shut it down!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to a delivery carrier named Jay, I will not mention names, but today someone that is special needs wandered away from home. They ended up at my aunt's, They let her stay while they called the police in hopes they could reunite her with family. The police also got the same responses where she did not know where she lived....then Jay came along to deliver mail....my aunt asked if he recognized her,...he of course knew who she was but also where she lived, so the police went and notified the family and got her reunited....Jay, I hope you see this....it was awesome to know that someone pays attention and was able to help in a great way to get her reunited....you rock Jay!!!!!!

Ever since the normal mail lady retired we get random mail man and now on most mondays nobody on my street gets mail. Is the mailman taking extra days off? Or just not delivering the mail when they are supposed too. With the old mail lady we would get mail at 7 or 11 at the latest but now it is a crap shoot when or if the mail is coming. I don't know if they just don't like doing their job or if they just have too much ability to choose when to do their job because It is a union job. I would kill to be a post man instead of having to bust my but all day for the same money. Will be contacting the post master general too find out what the problem is.

I was in my front yard when the deilvery driver came by and dropped stuff at my mailbox. I check later to find out one of my packages couldn’t be delivered because I wasn’t there to sign. She could have gotten my attention to get a signature but figured it would be easier to drop off a note. Thanks a lot

Most are friendly in front but some need a new job if they don’t like working here but I think this company and building specifically will need to be looked into …No way a government building should have a 2.2 star rating

I was helped by Triana, she was nice. I am sending a package on Saturday via priority mail. She ask me to very if the information I wrote matches the one they entered in the system and she explained all the options available.

This wasn’t the first time I’ve lost a package because they can’t look twice to make sure a package is going to the correct location and they also lie and make up stories to hide that they made a mistake to save their end.
I’ve been looking for my package that was supposedly delivered at my door because it was too big too fit in my mail box. ( Understandable ). The day goes by and there’s no package , of course. I go in person next day to ask if maybe they have yet to actually deliver it and they tell me it was delivered and it’s “unlikely” it was dropped off at the wrong door because it’s my usual carrier , even though I’ve lived here for 6 years and have had issues with them delivering my packages multiple times, so no its VERY likely and not surprising they misplaced it, but they get my number to give me a call for my next options. I get a call saying the carrier remembers the package and may have sent it to the wrong door (shocker) and will try and retrieve it or see if it’s in their truck and give me another call back. Next day I try getting ahold of them all day while at work and finally they call me after open hours saying that another carrier that’s not my usual carrier is out for the day , retrieved it and left it with a maintenance man and they saw them set it on the couch at 4pm? Which makes no sense because Why would a maintenance man be in my apartment, I have dogs and everyone at my home is there at that time and my son runs in and out so he would bring in mail . The maintenance men or front desk don’t receive personal mail either, they will tell the mail men to take it to the door or hold on to it. I give them a call after talking with all maintenance and say they never received a package. The lady on the phone calls the carrier while on the phone with me and says they left it there with a maintenance worker and put it by the door even tho they said they saw him put it on the couch .They change the story of what happened with my package with this other carrier and said there’s nothing they can do because it was re- delivered and they tracked the carrier there. I really call bull on the hole thing . They had me running around looking for my package that was misplaced from the beginning and can’t simply admit they are wrong. I dread every time I have a package mailing with them because it’s always a hassle and my money is being thrown away with them carelessly misplacing packages.
