Hello...I have been reading other people's experiences...and sadly I have to admit that there are employees like you describe them...but there are also others who are excellent at treating the public...And even though they don't speak Spanish, they have been very courteous and patient with my little English.I suggest to those people who have felt offended by the treatment towards them.Why in the end as they have mentioned?All of us, regardless of what we look like on the outside or what language we speak, have the right to be respected and treated courteously...just as we are towards others.I recommend that when something like this happens, on the receipt that they give you, there is a page on the internet where you put your opinion on what your experience was like when you went to that post office.They ask the day and the office where they went... there they can respectfully express their feelings about the situation they went through... they can even put the name of the person who assisted them...BUT THAT IS...WHEN THEY SERVE YOU WELL, THEY ALSO PUT YOUR GOOD COMMENTS ☺️☺️☺️Have a great day,?

I just came with my husband to make a change of address, we had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with a Pedant Discriminatory Lady named JULIA. If this lady is not qualified to provide assistance to those of us who come to this place, she should be removed from the place. It is a terrible service that you provide. She speaks Spanish because she is Latina but when she sees that someone speaks Spanish she speaks to him in English, seeing that we speak Spanish, if her bosses see this opinion, they should pay attention because her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. ??????? the Post Office is on Pasadena Blvd in Pasadena Texas

Horrible customer service from both supervisor and staff! There is this lady (white complected, wears glasses, heavy weight) who was extremely rude when I was trying to explain my situation, she wasn’t listening to what I was saying, I work for customer service as well so I was not trying to be rude but understanding, something she did not do. So unprofessional!!! how did she even get hired????

It was easy to get in/out of parking lot. There s no mailbox outside. You have to walk in for everything. Clean and picked up. I had to wait in line for a while even though it was not too busy.

Incompetent workers who don’t know how anything works. Carriers are useless and miss-deliver packages all the time and the supervisors are idiots who don’t know how to organize their workers.

TRASH No help No customer service. These people are federal employees therefore civil servants, which means very hard to fire. No wonder the postal service loses millions of our tax money every year.

Carlos is rude first of all. I took an ups package in , I didn’t know it was ups bc my mom told me to take it to the post office. But he gave me a very rude response n made me feel like I was ignorant or d**** That’s what they are there for to help not to make you feel d*** . Never again do I go there .

There's a hispanic woman who works here who is one of the most rude people you'll meet. The other employees even seemed embarrassed to be working with her. She'll bark orders at you and guard her tape like her life depends on it. She needs to be put in a backroom where she doesn't interact with humans.

I made my appointment to renew my sons passport online. We got there 10 min early just like the appointment requested. We waited (maybe) 5 min before they called our name. Turns out the pictures we took st Walgreens for his passport photo weren't correct. Luckily they were able to take the picture for him there st the post office. We were in and out within like 20 min. The employee was very friendly. Great experience.

I was having a shipping issue and Michelle was very helpful and answered my questions She even gave me a call back at home to tell me my package had arrived. Great customer service!!!

Julia refused to help me after politely asking twice for some assistance assembling one of their boxes with tape. She was very rude & lacked professionalism. First & last time I’ll give this place a visit!
