I went here to do a job on the windows and someone followed me. By the time I got to the location, the person whom I was being followed by happened to be with boyfriend. She followed me and said that she was going to tell her boyfriend that I was looking at her. I wasn’t looking at her ,and I was talking to one of the cashiers. People are retarded.

Terrible attitudes! I go in there frequently and deal with a lovely older lady, don't know her name. In the rain this morning went to get gas. Pump wasn't working so I went inside and talked to David. He basically said move to another pump. I said fine give me my money back. He said too bad and if I didn't like it to go to another gas station, Mind you the store manager was right next to him. NEVER AGAIN!

Gas pumps are often broken, and when they do work they are probably the slowest pumps on spencer. Dont waste your time, been like this for years and the owner doesnt seem to care enough to properly fix it

If you are going to run a promotion that gives you less than 5 minutes after clicking redeem to claim the gift. You need to properly train your workers how to ring up and cash out this type of transaction.The excuse given by the clerk was I work overnights. As if that means anything.I can see why there are so many one star reviews for this location.Went to the neighboring Circle K who had no issues redeeming this promotion.

Lazy!!!!! Wanted cash back the guy said he didn’t have change?! Like he can’t pull from the safe that’s literally underneath him I understand they’re probably getting to keep the till low but I was literally going to take the cash he was going to pull

The man that was working at 12:30am on 11/19/21 sat with the doors locked and ignored everyone that went up to the door for 45 minutes before i left. The door was locked when i got there and was still locked after i waited 45 minutes. I called after i left to get his name, he just let it ring and when i called back he answered hung up and then left the line open so he couldn't receive calls. don't have a job if you aren't going to do it.

I went to get gas here and they put the money on the wrong gas pump...and I politely went in here and made them aware and they questioned my integrity and whether I actually pumped the gas!!!

My wife try to buy 1 beer and the woman on the store doesn’t sell’t to her because she don’t have texas id and she say “I gonna call the police because you show me fake id “consular id”

Not very good customer service, and always seem to be under stocked. Also the law still allows adults who were 18 or older after the law was enforced the legal age for purchase of tobacco products to the age of 21, even though the law does state any individual who was 18-20 when the law was passed that they would be allowed to continue buying tobacco products. It's stated in the law yet they refuse to sell to me. Probably will stop making visits to this location.
