The office staff were very nice and friendly. My Lucky was seen and treated very well. The office was very clean and knowledgeable of services. I purchased my animal from someone who visited this office and I was able to transfer his files over to mine with ease. Lucky and I are both some happy campers.

Prompt attention and knowledgeable staff. Vet took time to answer our questions and ask her own regarding symptom presentation. Vet care is always pricey and that is my only negative.

Dr Bae saved my dogs life! I brought her in on a Monday morning for a second opinion and within a hour was told she had a obstruction and needed surgery right then! She’s fairly old so we were all concerned about the outcome but within two days she’s back home and seems like her old self. I know for a fact that without VCA she would not be here now. Thank you all for your help and caring attitude! I want to give a special thanks to Daran. She is a angel who took care of our baby every step of the way! Our dog is afraid of strangers but took a liking to Daran! ??

I have been taking my cat here for years. He needs sedated grooming. They do a great job. This past visit was exceptional by everyone from the person scheduling my appointment to the groomer.

I've been going to VCA since 2016. During my last view visits, its been obvious that they have made changes. When I go in, though I pay over 100 dollars for a check up by the vet, she is in the room for 10 min or less. Vet techs are left to answer my questions, which require veterinarian knowledge. I would think that's what the over 100 dollar charge to see the vet is for? My last visit with my younger dog, they took a sample of something in his ear. When medicine was recommended, I asked if this was an infection and/or specifically what the meds were for. The vet tech could not answer (not her fault) but the vet was already in with another dog. She asked did I want the meds or not. I replied I will decide when my questions are answered so she had to go find another vet to get my questions answered. When I dropped my senior dog off for a dental cleaning, they proposed blood work- two different packages to choose from- for my dog. WHen I asked questions, no one could answer my questions. I don't blame the front desk staff, its not their job to know everything. WHen I used to bring my dogs in, every question was answered by the vets in detail and I never felt rushed. That is no longer the case. Prices have gone way up too. I spent almost 1400 dollars between my two dogs in a few weeks. Nail trims are now somewhere around 31 dollars when they used to be 18 dollars. I think the techs and office staff are very nice and personable. My vet is also very personable and knowledgeable, but I want questions about my dogs answered by a vet. AND the blood work for dentals should not be sprung on patients the morning of drop off. Because of these changes, I am looking for a new vet.

I been coming here for a a couple years now. Because of Dr. Goble’s our dog Bella didn’t die and got diagnosed with Addison’s disease. Ever since our dog Bella has to take medication. Going for check up every six months ect. But now it’s been multiple times where I always have issues with with my dogs meds being refilled. I understand one of her medications was on hold for new refills until her check up exam and blood work was done. It’s been followed through and why I still don’t have any refills. I’m very disappointed.

They are very intelligent and friendly when it comes to my puppy, because he has epilepsy and he needs around the clock care. The staff & Dr. Denny are always so understanding of his needs. Excellent care. I recommend this establishment to all.

I have been a client for over 12 years. The veterinary staff in the back have always been super. Dr. Goble is the very best! My problem is with front end staff, maybe there are new employees or duties have been shifted around but the past 2 times I have tried to get my dog's meds refilled it has been a disaster. I should be on the road out of town but I'm waiting to call AGAIN this morning to try & get script sent to pharmacy. Was told twice yesterday that it was being sent as soon as I hung up but not done. Huge inconvenience to me & the friends riding with me.

Had to bring our furbaby that had passed away that morning. The staff was so incredibly courteous and friendly. Would recommend this vet to anyone.

I just inherited a big wonderful dog,, he is a pitbull ,, but the most loving sweet animal alive !!! "BigBoy". He had a rash of some kind, rubbed at his ears, and a few other problems. The ladies at VCA took such kind help of him ,, actually talking to him by name and praising him for his good behavior. The Dr. was as nice and very informative also. I will use this place for any other pet I might inherit !!!!
