I was referred to this location from customer service to be able to handle my request. I have been there about 3 or 4 times each time it was very unpleasant and unprofessional especially with this being a corporate location. Each time the customer service I received was unpleasant and not the same customer service vibe I saw being given to other customers. I have found a new location that I really like their cuser service and willingness to help is much better. If I have to go to corporate location I will just drive out into Houston instead, until there customer service changes.

Every time my wife goes into the store, she gets attitude from the female sales associates. Don't know why but I saw it for myself It's kinda weird.

Checked in and only 3 customers ahead and waited for over an hour to get help and all I got was we are busy today if a store can’t get through more that 3 customers in an hour there is something wrong, Came in for an upgrade on a tablet the attendant failed to communicate about any of the process and fees but was ready to insist to add another line to my account which would “save me money” according to her and it was not cheaper it was adding $150 to my bill and it’s not what I came in for, the attendant did not inform me of fees and acted rude after I declined the additional line, also I had wanted to have the tablet set up also and she never informed me of the cost and that it would take 2 hrs to set up at a cost of 39.95 at that point I was done with her I requested the Manager and he explained there was a. Misunderstanding which there wasn’t the attendant failed the knowledge to provide the information I needed to know and the process it would take to do the upgrade, I ended up setting up the tablet myself at home which it took not even 10 minutes I have been with Verizon over 15 years it’s the worst service I have had I’m considering changing to another provider, ——-Suggestion hire personnel that knows how to explain things to customers instead making excuses——

As a walk in prepaid customer I didn't expected much, but Christian assisted me with a service tranfer and was out of there with in a few minutes.

Had a very niche issue with my account that needed a lot of help and assistance to get fixed - even though it took a while, that was no fault of theirs and more of the specific issue that happened to me.I had several employees assist me on two occasions and get my account sorted, and I appreciate how helpful and kind they were even with the store being incredibly busy.

Krystal did not want to help me at all !!! She only wanted to help me after the corporate manager called me while I was inside the store and told me to put him on speaker phone then and only then she wanted to help me !!! Terrible costumer service terrible attitudes !!!

I have payment until May 2, although they have changed my company for leaving me for 2 months without the phone I bought from you, and I don't know why I don't appear in any system.
