The two new young ladies that now work at VisionWorks were a pleasure to deal with! I had a previous bad experience with one of the technicians that said she would send back my sunglasses and fix the lenses when in fact she did no such thing, she just gave me the same sunglasses back 5 days later and lead me to believe they were fixed when she never really sent them in! The techs that now work there actually sent them back to have the lenses replaced and I Absolutely Love them!!

The ladies at this location went above and beyond in helping me..in my opinion based on other experiences I've had in getting frames! I've told numerous people...they didn't make me feel like a customer...they made me feel like family.

Wow I actually enjoyed my experience. I always, for some reason do not like getting an eye exam and choosing the frames out. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time checking my vision for the correct prescription. The staff in that office is wonderful. They were helpful and knowledgeable and cared about the patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. When it came time to get the frames, which is next door to the optometrist it was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, honest and wonderful personalities.
