READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING TAKING YOUR ALTERNATOR IN FOR REPAIR !
I came to this establishment because I needed a specialist when it came to rebuilding my alternator.
Because I have a high output sound system and needed someone who knew what they were doing.
Definitely a catfish from what’s posted online unfortunately I had high expectations but sadly they let me down.
My alternator broke within 2 weeks of them fixing it and they didn’t want to make it right and fix it the same day when my alternator broke after 2 weeks of the “Initial repair” unfortunately I’ve been down a car for almost 5 days now and had to pay for a tow home.
I had to find someone to take it over and come backpay them gas twice and I come from over a hour away unfortunately that did not matter.
when they tell you it should only take a “hour” to bait you into coming in. For some reason they always had an excuse as to why they couldn’t get it done in a timely manner.
when you call on the phone it’s always someone different always answers the phone and they tell you misleading information.You always have to inform them on the situation but they don’t care about what the issue is they just try to run you off the phone by saying “uh huh..yep..okay” on repeat.
One big thing is work on is quality control and customer service!

I ordered a alternator on line Amazon or eBay can't remember but it was the wrong part. I needed my vehicle so I had it rebuilt here. It took less than a half hour it's working great it's been like 4 months and I'm happy. I do some mechanic work and when I see I can save the customer on a part I send them here. I know I've referred 5 people there for factory rebuilt and am sending one more in the morning for starter. Team work makes the dream work.

I called ahead of time and I provided all the necessary info (for my Volkswagen). The business called me back with a quote. The alternator worked nicely after I installed it. Overall great customer service and good prices. I definitely recommend this shop
