Sorry to say but you all are right lazy to call and don’t really know what they’re doing throwing the bucket around among each other if something goes wrong how sad what happened to honesty and integrity Don’t take the Covid test at Walgreens on Preston and Fairmont you will never get a call nor email like they advertise just plain irresponsible.

Made a appointment for a flu shot the pharmacist working in the back and acting like he doesn’t have people waiting for shots. There were other associates back there if your giving shots do it or say you don’t! On his phone and everything I won’t come back here again. If I didn’t complain I’d still be here these other people were waiting for a hour.

Sadly the pharmacy has gone way downhill lately. In the past 6 months I’ve been shorted 3 pills (doesn’t seem like a lot but when one is for insomnia that one night of sleep makes a lot of difference.) This time I was shorted lorazepam for anxiety I have to take one just to leave the house and pickup my medicine so no point in going back up there if I have to take one just to pickup one. but I’m certainly going to count all of my pills before leaving the lane because this is just getting ridiculous. Why should I have to go back up there if they messed it up.

Pharmacy has gone to sh!t in the past year. They don't text or call when they cancel perscriptions because they are out of meds.

Pharmacy is terrible!! The wait is so long and when you put in your for your medication. It not ready on time. Even if you ask for a prescription to be ready at a certain time and day it's not. The service is so slow, prescription doesn't get filled right, their online orders don't go through as set online. They don't pay attention to your medical records or to the people they are attending to.

The only reason why I'm giving this location a 5 was because of the associate that took me she was so so nice I wish I had gotten her name. All know is that she had blondish hair. She had to void my transaction in order for me to give my paper coupon, when what seems to be her manager it might've been her coworker I'm not sure, comes up to her in-front of me and starts to tell her after the 3rd "void" she will be terminated and to sign a paper LIKE?!?!! That was so unprofessional of her I didn't even get to see her name but had glasses and was working in the makeup department. I hope she sees this review. And thank you again to the associate for being patient and sweet!
