Cashiers are not trained well on their program and whisper about you when you try to shop with family about using multiple accounts. They try to get you not to use your coupons and points. Or they are not trained well.

Update for different issue:
Pharmacist is rude. My practice sometimes has to call in rx for canine and feline patients. When substances are non controlled, we are not required to provide a DEA number and DVMs are not provided an NPI. Reporting now your facility as you cannot require us to provide a DEA for non controlled substances. You continue to be the most difficult pharmacy I have worked with.
Have been using Walgreens for over 15 years as a pharmacy. This location has me questioning continuing to use. This is the second time I’ve waited politely in line for 20 minutes only to be told that my prescription is not ready despite the automated calls telling it was ready. The associates then require to wait for the medication and that usually is another 30 minutes. The whole point in calling in the prescription and you all calling me when it is ready, is to AVOID me waiting in your facility for almost an hour for a prescription I’ve been filling through you all for years. I brought this concern to the manager who blew me off and did not care. This location compromises customer retention.

The employee Sandra, who works at the pharmacy, is very kind and helpful to customers with great enthusiasm. I am very grateful for her explaining the parts of my child's insurance coverage that I didn't understand well. This branch deserves five stars thanks to Sandra.

Horrible experience with the pharmacy. The staff is rude and do not know how to work. They close early now and no one ever shpws up to work so they have to close on some days. They are always short staffed and never have my medication filled on time. You call and they leave you on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. Got yelled at by the pharmacist saying my medicine would be ready Monday and it's now Thursday and nothing !

Pharmacists are very inconsistent on their “policies”. I’ve been picking up the same medication for MONTHS with the same zip code. However, somehow today I am denied because my zip code is out of range ?

These pharmacy had never been these bad I went to pick up three prescs they said I only had one. The man in front slammed the counter for waiting so long. I had to leave because the line was big. Its showing on my web that I picked up the other two medications. ription

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. NO customer service at all!! Everyone including the pharmacists are the worst. Communication with customers are nothing but lies!! Needed a prescription filled for a surgery in August gave them three weeks notice to fill it and it’s been nothing but a fiasco. One prescription was back ordered, and I had to do the research to find it at another pharmacy. One prescription that was filled was not picked up waiting on the other. Guess what…. it got cancelled. If your insurance can go somewhere else to be filled, I suggest not to go here!!!

Stopped by after work to get an essential item. I walked around cosmetics for 10 minutes with no one in site to help. Then made a loop to the front and saw an employee just chatting it up with a customer. They did not make eye contact or asked if i needed help although I intentionally looked up and down the end stands in front of him to see if he’s going say anything . The experience of this store has gone downhill . Corporate really need to look at these google reviews and take accountability.

Currently, my family has 6 prescriptions to be filled. Three are out of stock. This has been an ongoing issue over 6 months. I'm working on switching to another pharmacy due to the horrible supply issues here.

Great Customer Service! Friendly staff!
