Walgreens is a very clean and organized store that is open 24/7, providing great convenience. The location is consistently clean and well stocked, with neatly stocked shelves and associates often seen restocking. Employees are generally nice and friendly, offering greetings and being available for assistance on the sales floor. The checkout process is efficient with friendly cashiers. The pharmacy staff is nice, though service can vary. It is advisable to visit during the day when they are less busy and have more staff. In the evening, service is slower and the drive-thru must be used after a certain hour. Reaching the pharmacy by phone can be very frustrating, with long hold times and disconnections, and prescriptions are sometimes not processed thoroughly. The photo department receives high praise for amazing service. Employees go above and beyond, demonstrating excellent customer service, strong communication, and determined follow-through to resolve issues. The photo printing service is very easy and fast, producing amazing quality prints at a good value.
Came in to enlarge a photo of a friend that passed away, the service was very so easy and the rep printed my picture in no time at all. Can you believe I paid 13.00 for a 20x30 photo and the quality was amazing.

The Pharmacy!!! It's trash. Why can't they get the scripts ready when it's requested!? Need a full overhaul of the folks that work the pharmacy!
