Came in to enlarge a photo of a friend that passed away, the service was very so easy and the rep printed my picture in no time at all. Can you believe I paid 13.00 for a 20x30 photo and the quality was amazing.

Not sure why it takes 15-20 min for each car to receive their medications in the afternoon . Are the techs new or are they from southmore that closed down they never knew how to process medication's? This location use to be so efficient with medication before southmore closed . Not sure what happened its still better than richie though. 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Update they are still slow and still inefficient. Maybe train your employees on the system? Not sure why it takes 20 min for someone to receive medication.

The Pharmacy!!! It's trash. Why can't they get the scripts ready when it's requested!? Need a full overhaul of the folks that work the pharmacy!

Today I went thru drive thru and her name was isella very unprofessional individual didn't feel welcomed made me feel very uncomfortable. I just needed an item from the back and she said you gotta come inside, which made no sense since that item it's only kept on the back were they can give it to you only, it felt as she was already not having it with no one so she decided to be rude and at the end she had to do her job but no thank you or nothing was said from her very rude of her.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your store located at Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, TX on 10/14/25, around 9:03pm.
I visited the store to purchase cough medicine, which was located in a locked cabinet. I pressed the assistance button and waited over 10 minutes, during which no one came to help. I rang the bell multiple times—more than ten—and still received no response. Through the glass, I saw a store employee who appeared to notice me but continued walking while looking at his phone.
Eventually, I walked to the front register to ask for help. The same employee approached me slowly and stated that the store was very busy. However, I observed very few customers in the store at the time, making this explanation seem dismissive.
After finally receiving the medicine, I asked the cashier to speak with the store manager. Ms. Linnie came over and asked, “What do you need, ma’am?” I explained the situation and expressed my frustration with the long wait and lack of assistance. She responded by saying she hadn’t heard the bell at all, which I found unprofessional and dishonest given how many times I rang it.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I felt ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. I will not be returning to this store, and I hope you take this complaint seriously to improve your customer service standards.

Worst location ever If you're trying to be quick be ready to sit for an hour just for these people to do they're jobs the pharmacy and everyone behind the desk can barely even communicate with any of the customers that have been patiently waiting. Any other location would never give me this terrible service.

the pharmacy has horrible customer service. Over the weekend, they treated me horribly when I went to pick up my medication. I recently got surgery on Friday and they had no sense of urgency to have my medication ready. The girl Martin was extremely rude and Isela. I left the store crying due to frustration from my pain and the mistreatment. Do not get your medication here. Change it immediately.

I called here at 10:57 pm on June24,2025 and was waiting for 35 minutes just for the woman to answer me and tell me to call back at 3 am because there is 2 customers waiting. What does she think i am? I'm a customer too but I guess I didn't matter because I was on the phone. Also why would i have to wait till 3 am? I'm sick with covid and I need my medications. I had to call the Walgreens in Deer Park and it took 5 minutes for her to answer my questions. Do better because this is not right!

Pharmacy will send confirmation to pick up and medication still not ready. Ladies at pharmacy counter have a bad attitude. They act like they’re doing people favors when they’re just doing job very poorly
