I've lived here for almost 30 years. We now have no on sight maintenance nor management. The place is falling apart. Sniping among residents is increasing as some don't want negative reviews so they can keep property values up. I've read 5-star reviews from non-residents who only own properties and are not reflecting the reality. If you plan to move here, please check it out personally and talk to people. Wish I could be more positive about my home.

I rented in Walnut Hill for 8 years then purchased a condo so have been associated with them for 25+ years. The homeowners association has been top notch most of those years and the office management has also been wonderful and responsive to every need. The maintenance personnel is always busy keeping the area like a park!! The only downside is that some folks are lazy about picking up after their paw family.

Very good place to live. Been here 5+ yrs. This is a very well maintained complex. Landscaper and maintenance personnel work hard everyday to keep everything lush green. Pools are maintained very well as well.

They do not let you enter through the exits. Absolutely against everything we stand for in today's society. They're also riddled with lizards. But they do have a nice tennis court, if you're the kind of pompous blowhard to even tenni in the first place. It is devoid of both walnuts and hills.

Super clean community. Always felt very safe. The pool was always clean. Never had any issues with the noise or parking.

Super clean professional condominiums that are quiet, safe, and close to medical center. I love tennis so this has a great court. Never had any issues with management. Love this place!
