No one ever answers the phone. The app is terrible. I am going to close my account as soon as I can get an appointment.

I don't know what the problem is at this bank but their service is soooooo slowwwww. Everything is electronic, they have money counting equipment for deposits and withdrawal so what is the problem why so slow on service. This bank in Pasadena, Texas on Spencer. And it is not that busy but very very slow on service
