I have used western union plenty of times. Never had a problem til those last time. Went to send money for husband to my brother in law. We I sent money. Notified him with confirmation number. He could not retrieve it. Called customer service. Was given the run around. So I went next door to CVS, where he received the money within a few minutes of the transaction. I continued calling western union in order to retrieve my money as well as the fees charged. Nothing but run around. Customer service gave me a number to enter to get refund. Attempted to do just that on several different occasions, with the help of the store cashier and the inpatient western union customer service rep. No luck. Just fed up. Just want what belongs to me. All monies plus fees.
