I have always had good service at this bank. Everyone is friendly and attentive. I actually like this branch better than others I've been to. Great job!

Went to the drive through teller shortly before 4:00 pm. Sat there for at least 5 minutes (maybe more) no one even acknowledged that I was there. After several minutes of wondering what was going on, I had to press the call button to see if the Lane I was in was even open. Customer service is very important to me and that was definitely lacking.

When I say this bank is better than the one in Pearland, I definitely mean it. The lobby is huge with offices to the left and right. As you walk in you will notice a little desk with checking and savings deposit slips. Just fill that out and patiently wait for the next teller to assist your needs. The bank tellers here are friendly and don't show they that hate their jobs; they know that you just wanna come in and out, so they don't give you attitude. Nice guy with brown hair is tall and a student works here, he was helpful as I had to return twice in the same day. No plain jane decor here; I felt like I going to get things done here at this location. I'm guessing because the exterior layout makes me feel that way. ATM on the other side; you can even drive thru and get your deposit needs done here too. Monday thru Friday the lobby closes at 4pm, not 5pm. The drive thru closes at 5pm. On the weekend, lobby open from 9am to 12 noon. Parking is fairly small.

Not sure what's going on with banking system in Pasadena. Just like Trustmark bank down the way, Regions service follows behind. If your entering from northbound exit at Vista Rd. It is located on the side of the Beltway. If your at Fairmont Pkwy ya still got another street to go and if your near Spencer Hwy you've gone too far. Willie's Grill & Icehouse is near it. Entering Regions to head for the atm is rough on your tires and maneuver of your vehicle. The slope is bumpy and it agitates you to drive slowly when going up it. If ya don't get ready to bob your head back and forth while your body is going the opposite direction and your vehicle. No matter what vehicle your driving somewhere on it is raddling. If that doesn't burst your pimple. Then see for delays of technical malfunction with your only pride of avoiding going inside to withdrawal moola. Yes, the Atm was unavailable and did I mention it only had one Atm. For one messed up entrance only to find out it wasn't in service. Hey, it could've had a sign or blocked off that section.. just putting that out there. As like all banks you'll have a line at certain times I get that. But when it's slow why is there a long line and why are people from that line jumping out and leaving, because no one is getting serviced? It was 3 windows open where 3 customers were standing and only 3 tellers. So, you'll mathematically think everything would go smoothly as possible. That wasn't the case sadly, one lady waiting to get assisted left, because the tellers were lolly-gagging. The older man teller left from the booth and was walking around. He only realized he wanted to sit down when a person from the line secretly went over to see him. So.. I waited. As you could imagine the service was extremely slow. Oh.. boy! So, it finally my turn. All I gracefully wanted was to get a few bucks out. And no I don't mean deers. I approach the teller and can your picture this there were actually 2. All this fricking time I only saw one lady. But this mysterious lolly-gagger appears from out of the boondocks. The mysterious teller was only watching my teller. I passed her my banking card and told her I want this amount out. She ignored that lol and handed me a form that I needed to fill out before getting money out. I told her, "I don't know how to fill the form out". At that instance, she and the mysterious teller face was stuck... they were both shocked to hear that. As if I announced some devastating news and I was lying. She paused a moment and told me how to fill it out. Thank you goodness, she didn't have an attitude. Ooh.. then she wanted to find an error with my account and the state that is on it. Ay yai yai!! Come on.. is that important? The atm never finds an error. How long can one teller keep one in there for?? Long time, avoid going inside at all costs, but if the atm or drive-thru is out which is most likely. Go in with no expectations.
