I have been to this location more than once. Each time I go, I have good service with smiles but today Jermaine went the extra mile. He was assisting another family and saw he was about to finish up assisting them and I spoke up saying I needed help and without question, he comes to help. My boyfriend could not find some Nike sandals and Jermaine took the time to check and found the right pair and size and explained to us how to find shoes quicker for next time. He helped with a smile on his face. Then while checking out the cashier's were amazing fast and had smiles on their faces. I got Roberto who waved me down on my turn. He was fast and was asking how my day was. He was very courteous. I told him Jermaine helped so much. I think these two gentlemen should be praised for the great job they did and most likely do on a daily. I think they should get a wonderful raise.

Really like the shoes selections in the store, and I lOve that there are new shoes every like each month, because the same shoes you know, gets boring, and want to see new shoes. Personally, I like simples shoes so yeah, recoemmndd it.

I went into this store looking for some shoes and was very disappointed in the help I received , this lady with short black hair a bit on the older side I believe her name tag said Lupita was horribly rude to me and said she didn’t think Hispanics should wear the shoes I was looking at . I instantly left and went to the mall . Thanks never again

Hours on google say they close at 10pm drove all the way to Pasadena to find out they closed at 9pm....Big inconvenience

Came during tax free weekend and it was chaotic (lots of customers) but they maintained clean areas and had each register had an associate. An associate was busy and he went out of his way to help me anyways. The lines were long but the cashiers were quick. Will definitely be back.
