I was very pleased with the services I received. I got the deluxe mani/pedi with a wax. Honeybee took very good care of me and I will be seeing monthly for the same services.

Have been here before and loved their work but this last time I was very uncomfortable and almost walked out. Vy who is usually sweet was horribly rude to me. I tipped her anyway but I will never be back again. Her co worker, maybe manager encouraged her to be that way from what I could tell. They talked about me in Vietnamese and even though they probably don't care if I come back or not, I will never return!

They didn't even get a chance to succeed.... After making and arriving for my appt, a rude nail tech shoved the sample colors at me while I waited for them to finish other customers...15 mins and counting. When I asked where the chrome samples were, she gruffly told me that "powder can't be done with chrome." Mind you...I've been getting my powder dip nails done with chrome, hologram and all sorts of options for 8 YEARS! Considering her attitude - and the fact that they had no respect for my appt time - I walked out. I'm new to town and was hoping to find a solid place, as I was loyal to my last nail person for 5 years. After this encounter, I'll spend my cash at helpful, courteous salons instead.

6/30/23 530pmThis nail salon is under new management and the manger has a horrible attitude and ran away a customer use to come here when it was Pearland a best and not 101. But it’s the attitude of the manager, has nothing to do with the nail techs and I came in for a simple brow wax I’ll never return. Made and appointment that wasn’t honored and Michi The owner is a liar.

I waited until my 3rd visit to give this review! I am new to town and had visited multiple shops already and none of them had impressed me until now. I get a regular pedi and shellac manicure always and never has my manicure been so detailed, lasted me three weeks or more and fairly priced. I love this place! Never had to wait an excessive amount of time and it's great service and pricing in my opinion! Definitely my go to spot now.

I've been coming here consistently for 4 months since new management took over. Wilson, the manager, does amazing work and is very thorough. I've also had the other ladies do my dip nails, pedicure and they also do great work. Wilson makes sure his customer's are happy before and after they leave. Drinks are offered, cuticle oil is given after your service and you can earn discounts each time you come in. Please give this place a chance. Older reviews don't apply to the staff he now has and the new management. I can go a month without my nails chipping, pulling up from the base and if they ever do, they'll fix it within 7 days. If you're a teacher, student, medical staff....look no further. He is about to start offering discounts on certain days of the week for them. If you go and have to wait, just know the staff are offering good quality work and not rushing through to get to the next person. That's what keeps me coming back. Prices are definitely a plus too. Don't be fooled by the fancy big places that rush to get you in and out and on to the next one.Services: Gel manicures

An did my nails. She was a nice lady but she cut both me and my friends cuticles way too many times. I have 4 cuts on my right hand (one on every finger except the thumb) and 3 cuts on my left. She didn't even apologize. Every time I wash my hands now it burns like crazy it drives me nuts!! She cut my friends pointer finger a bit more deeply and did apologize about 3 times for that and dabbed it with a towel since it kept bleeding. I think the place is unsanitary because after she cut my friends fingers with the drill and the filer, she did not wash them and then did mine with the same equipment. I did not know she also cut my friend until after she was finished with my nails. It made me think about if other people had also been cut by her and the germs on the equipment being transferred to me. Don't come here for fake nails. I understand that places like these thrive on fast paced work to get more clients but there was literally NO ONE waiting to get their nails done. There was no reason for her to be so rough with the drill and nail filers.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been to many nail salons in Pearland over the years and always come back to 101 Nails & Spa. They do a great job for a great price. I always call first and seldom have to wait. Friendly people in a welcoming salon, they are the best!
