This was my first day at this gym. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly when I was leaving, and the gym floor had to be changed to another one. It was very dirty in terms of cleanliness. The equipment should have been cleaner, and more equipment should be added like the other branches have. Everything else was not too bad. ?️♀️?

Day 2 of going they are supposed to open at 6am on Sunday and it’s 6:45am and no one is here yet to open it. Very disappointed was looking forward to having a gym close enough to work I could go in the morning but can’t rely on them to open on time to do that

Manager Daniel was unpleasant today, made my first visit a little unpleasant, she assumed I didn’t have a membership for what ever reason and continued to not make me feel welcome by insinuating that I was lying about my pass when I showed her proof, after spending just 20 mins in this location I just decided to leave because my mood and drive for workout being throwed off. The gym overall didn’t seem bad just poor communication skills with staff

I was hoping this would be the gym for me, but sadly, that was not the case.I went last night, and literally EVERY SINGLE MACHINE (you know, the ones that didn't just have an "out of order" sign slapped on it) was occupied or "taken" by people placing their backpacks and jackets on machines so nobody else could use them. People were just sitting on the machines and got mad when you asked to use them. Then some people just sat there recording TikToks and messing around.I checked out the bathrooms and they were VERY dirty. Sinks and toilets clogged and leaking, hair and toilet paper all over the floor, etc. I didn't even check out the showers, but I'm positive that they wouldn't be any better.I left and came back this morning, hoping that maybe it would be better this time. Sadly, it was not. It was still full of people just sitting on machines, recording videos, dirty bathrooms, people "reserving" machines by leaving their backpacks on the machines (mind you, the stuff was there the ENTIRE hour and a half I was there). Oh, and then the staff didn't care that people were just leaving their stuff on the machines or how dirty the place was or anything. Just sitting at the front desk chatting with each other. (:So, I would suggest Planet Fitness or something other than this. The only good thing about it was that the one guy on staff last night was very helpful with answering my questions. I don't remember his name, but yeah, he was great.

A great location although it's no longer 24 Hours on weekends. Staff is great and they try to ensure the faculty stays clean and keep the cleaning supplies readily available for patrons.

This gym is super DIRTY! I can’t understand why the city hasn’t shut it down. The equipment is dirty broken when you walk in it stinks and is stuffy. The bathrooms OMG! I am horrified to use, it’s hair all on the floor smells of urine. I only visit this gym at 5am it’s a little less crowded, the hours are crazy it’s supposed to be 21. Overall I would give them a zero star for how filthy the place is, I am looking to repot to the city of pearland. Because the dirty of the facility is a health hazard. And I know a generic reply will be sent saying how it’s our priority to do this and that but you still have failed to do anything…Close this gym down! It is filthy and disgusting

Tara’s spin class alone is worth the membership price. she is a wonderful person and her class is a very challenging and fun workout. The weights and machines are well maintained and wait times are short. The pool is always the perfect temperature for lap swimming. the gym, sauna, spa and lockers are cleaned often. The only thing that needs more maintenance are the spin bikes but the class never fills up so there are options.

24 Hour fitness should be open 24 hours. COVID is over. Members have been asking executive management to return this facility to pre-COVID hours, but it seems the paying members' desire to utilize the facility as originally agreed is of no interest to this company. If you are interested in a fitness facility that is open 24 hours, there are other competitors that are open 24 hours in Pearland. Do not purchase a membership here as 24 hours is false advertisement.

**Before reading negative reviews and getting the wrong idea, I would highly recommend giving this place a try first! **This was my first time ever attending a public gym & my experience has been nothing but great, and so I wanted to share a bit..I signed up for a free 3day pass on a Sunday and before I could go in Monday, Ms. Connie at the front desk called to ensure my 3day pass would be available and ready to use.My first time inside I was greeted by Danielle at the front desk. She was very friendly and gave me a quick tour of the gym. She also showed me how the free lockers work and gave me pricing info on the available memberships etc. After the 3 day pass expired, I was so happy with my workouts and the friendliness of the staff that I got with Ms. Connie & I’m now a member signed up for the year!! Gym has always been clean and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. I really appreciate Danielle and Ms. Connie for being so welcoming and friendly. Really good vibes here!!10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

The only reason I give this place my money is because it is 3 blocks from home. It's always dirty. 95% of employees do not greet/speak or look up to address you. They allow grown men to take up the basketball courts and play full court while kids/ teens wait on sidelines until they finally get tired of waiting and leave.Lastly, despite the name(24 hour fitness) they aren't 24hrs. Half the week they close at 8pm!In essence, its a joke here! If you live in the other side of 288 go to another gym, they ARE open 24 hrs.

I love this gym. I don't go often though. Recently, a friend of mine who goes often mentioned that several changes in staff etc... had been made but today I saw stuff for myself. In particular, one of the 3 cable multi exercise machines. One of them is a few feet in front of the incline bikes.... FACING them. There are so many ways this doesn't work. And one of them is a health hazard.COVID ~ This is just a few feet from the bikes in front of it. YUCK!USE ~ The position it is in, significantly limits the numerous ways the equipment was intended to be used.WHO DID THIS AND WHY?"DisHur Is Dum B". Do Better.

I fail to understand how a place is called 24 hour fitness, but closes at 9pm. Sometimes after a stressful day at work all I want to do is hit the gym burn off the steam. Most days I’m up at 1-3 am and going to the gym helps burn off silly energy/stress I have about sleeping, work or life. However, can’t do that here. I left planet fitness because I was excited for the amenities, but not being 24 hours feels like I got cheated and lied to.Side note: telling me we have other locations that are 24hrs is beyond silly. I’m not driving 20 extra miles away from home when there are 3-4 gyms that are nearby, cheaper and open 24 hours.
