I had a small plumbing job and called plumbers all over Houston. Some didn’t answer, some said they’d come at a certain time, but never showed up others quoted me insane amounts of money. The whole situation had me stressed, because my occupancy inspection was pending because of all this, but I finally found A-Better plumbing, they showed up the same day I called them, pulled all the necessary permits from the city and got the job done the same-day for a fraction of what most other places quoted me. I am highly impressed by them and will recommend anyone to use them for all their plumbing needs.

Unprofessional plumbers. Visited three times (every few months) trying to fix a leak, and didn't hesitate to charge for every visit. Finally, I decided to get a second opinion, and sure enough, there is a crack in the bowl, that went unnoticed for almost a year. Wow!

Recommended. No upselling of any kind, just diagnosed and did the job. They let me know the issue and potential issues and gave me recommendations. They were in time and very professional and knowledgeable. As long as I'm in Pearland this is the plumbers I'll be using. They don't hit you with high prices either.

Called these guys they had somebody come out the next day and give me a quote fully plan on using them for our plumbing job and will call them again in the future appreciate the fast response and courteous response on the phone everybody was very nice.

We have used A-Better Plumbing for about 20 years now. They are, without a doubt, the most honest, efficient, professional, and friendly plumbers around. They have done various jobs for us over the years, most recently replacing our water heater. Roland and his staff, including his office staff, are to be commended for always doing a superb job!

Knowledgeable, on time, performance was in good time length and very affordable. Experience in their work by doing so effortlessly in the installation of my gas water heater. Explained clearly anything new that was encountered that needed to be addressed and approved to perform outside of the already agreed to price. Would definitely recommend. They brought the new water heater and took the old away.

I called early in the day and made an appointment to repair a hot water heater. They confirmed a afternoon appointment on the same day so In response to that I discontinued search. Unfortunately, plumber was a no call no show when the time came. My family was out in a bad spot with no hot water to use. I’m highly disappointed for the unreliability and lack of communication.
