I was in the area from out of town and found myself needing a battery. After looking online for nearest AND best priced I decided to try the store. Unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed for my vehicle and the store was off the main road in Pearland. I hit traffic in a really bad time of day especially to try and to cross 4 lanes. The staff was courteous and polite, didn't try to sell me one that might've been a quick sale but not compatible in the long run. I appreciated their honesty and knowledge. Well kept store and parking lot for the store itself was also clean.

I needed wiper blades and a replacement tail light bulb to get my cars to pass inspection. Bato at Advance Auto Parts was very friendly and knowledgeable to make sure I got the right ones and then he personally installed the wipers on both cars. I really appreciated his help as other auto parts stores have sold me ones that don’t fit.

Traveled 35 minutes to this location to check out my boat batteries, Danny helped me test them and determine which ones should be replaced. Ended up purchasing three new DIE-HARD group 31 batteries from yall. Great customer service from Danny and clean store. Will be back for all future needs.

I was very frustrated trying to replace a battery in my daughter’s car. The first time we went, it was raining and we were told we’d have to come back when it wasn’t raining. Now I agree no one wants to be electrocuted in a thunderstorm but wouldn’t it make sense to have a protected covered area to still service batteries? I came back later and purchased the battery. I don’t know if it’s because I’m female or if it was an honest mistake, but Chris charged me $22 extra plus tax as if I didn’t exchange the old battery. I called back and spoke to John who told me he could only issue the refund in person (after taking my DL number). What??? That’s ridiculous. Suppose we had been traveling through and were hundreds of miles away? I pointed out to John this was a poor policy when the mistake wasn’t made by the customer. He replied, “I didn’t make the mistake, my colleague did. The only way you can get your money back is to come in person.” So I had to go back to the store for the THIRD time in one day. Granted, Chris was very apologetic but is that really how you want to treat customers and expect repeat business???

Staff generally have no in depth knowledge of vehicles. They just know how to type in a computer and pull parts. There is a Crossed-Eye Hispanic worker who is very very rude that work there. I reported him twice already!

Long story short Mr Danny took care of me and my family.. My wife was stranded with a dead battery and we couldn't do the exchange at the original store but I called the Store in Pearland and Mr Danny said I got you, I have 4 in stock... He is very knowledgeable and professional and made this a very easy transition... Will definitely be my store from here on in..Appreciate

Wow! Customer service here is so good, like best I’ve ever had at any establishment! My car battery died literally in the parking lot (what a coincidence) and I went in and the staff (I think his name was Chris?) got me a new battery, installed it, and I was good to go all under 15 minutes! Can’t recommend this place enough. I’m glad places like this exist!

⚠️ LONG READ WARNING ⚠️I'm a former management team member, so I tend to be more critical. I can say they are not my current go-to store and Silverlake is absolutely not my go-to location (Silverlake is obnoxious). My recent experience has definitely upped my confidence in the brand. The team members I dealt with the past couple of days were next level. I had to have a part ordered, not an issue. Part arrives, I pick it up, take it home and it's missing a vital piece (wiring pigtail). They went above and beyond trying to reorder then ordered an upgrade version of the same part with the intention of getting the missing pigtail that turned out to be incompatible with the part I originally ordered. The upgraded part was, however compatible with my vehicle without the pigtail. They upgraded me at a $150 loss. Needless to say I was just about speechless not to mention beyond thankful since I, not known to them, didn't have the extra money for the upgrade. Above and beyond, unprompted. Nicely done and thank you again.

I just want to take the time and brag on the great customer service I received from Kay at this store, from the phone calls to the picking up the parts & exchanging them. She actually took the time to explain & show me the details of my car. I was beyond frustrated trying to get the correct part for over 2 weeks calling numerous places including the dealership. She’s the only one that took the time & didn’t have a problem doing it. We definitely need more Kay’s in the world
