TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CANCELATION FORM!
Long story short I canceled my membership 8/24/24 with their form, in person, instore. 9/17/24 I was charged. When I called to inquire they said they didn't have the form & unless I had taken a pic of it they would not refund. I requested they check their cameras the day I canceled. They said they couldn't (later found out it was because they had a management turnover during that time and the new manager didn't start until 2 days after my cancelation and couldn't access that day but the owner could). I got upset, swore, immediately apologized for swearing, they said no refund & hung up on me. New manager called me back agreed to the refund but made me out to be the bad guy because I got upset previously. I apologized again to the manager. They never once took into consideration it could have been their error, despite a management turnover during the time i canceled. Despite the refund they are still recording my cancelation as 9/17/24 vs 8/24/24.

Customer service here at this Location on Pearland Parkway is great Courtney.Greeted me when I came in the door with hello, and was I here to Check-in and my name?That's awesome Miss Michelle, whom did my last? Was awesome? She explained the process to me and I had to get a different length of lashes. Because low flashes was making my natural lashes fall off and she explained the whole process she was awesome. Thank you all so much and I will be back. The establishment was also clean.

Don’t waste your time at this location I will recommend getting your own lash tech. If you use a coupon for your service you will get coupon quality service. Don’t try to rectify the The front desk person will misinform. I had an appointment to rectify my lash issue, explain that my lunch does not start until 11 AM. Why would you schedule me at 11 AM? I go there. They tell me they’re not gonna service me because I am late. I was told that I’m supposed to confirm. Bring my work hours when I cannot be on the phone. You’re supposed to send the confirmation today before. It will never happen again. I will go back to my original lash tech and I’m getting a refund.

Maritza the front desk was absolutely fantastic!! She helped my mom pick out her products to care for her lashes ! Maritza gave us knowledge for lashes and how to care for them. Love it here!

Wow, I loved the experience. My stylist was very gentle, she was quick, tender, no tugging and she took me to the restroom, no eyes, thank you, Winnie. Thank you Maritza, outstanding explanation and feminine service.
