I purchased a pair of glasses and was not satisfied with my order. Avion & his team @ the Pearland location were so patient with me, not only once but twice the order was modified & almost 4 1/2 wks later, I finally got the pair that I wanted! Thanks so much to Avion & his team for their excellent customer service ?. I work for the airline industry & I understand great customer service. They are a shining example of meeting the customer's needs. Thanks again!

I was told the day before my insurance was found.. I go in next day as scheduled to find out my insurance was never verified and optometrist still pursued with exam telling me cash prices if they weren’t able to find my insurance.. The way they work is so inconvenient!! I walked out to take my services else where!! Also, very few selections on frames for kids ..

OMG! I was sssooo nervous about going to get my eyes checked, right because that would mean I'm getting old ? Only to get here and Dr. Tseng made me feel like getting old ain't so bad. 10 out of 10 I recommend....

Horrible customer service... came in December 21st for eye exam and order contacts. Followed up 2 weeks later over the fone and was told it was going to be 2 weeks. It is now February 3rd and come in person to ask for them and they tell me. The bad news we didn't order and you are going to have to wait for them.. no attempt to apologize or make it right.They processed all my insurance and took payments but didnt my contacts how cool.

America's Best provides amazing customer service. I recently made an error ordering contacts. Maricela, the eye glass manager fixed it for me with no hassle or fuss. I've been a customer at this location for years and whether we need a quick appointment or my kids have broken their frames, the entire staff is always so helpful. America's Best may be seen as a discount option, and their prices are great, but they provide boutique quality service.

Before Mr. Avion helped me fixing my lens, I visited some places, but because it was not easy to fix them, everybody told me to buy new ones. I really appreciate the time and patience that he took until he finally did it. Thank you, I had a horrible week without my lents, with headaches and mistakes, but not any more. I will not hesitate to get back and recommend such a great service.I must say that, I could buy new ones, but these ones remember me my father, who passed away and I really wanted to use them again, thank you.
