The service here is completely bad and unprofessional I had an appointment here so I could get some contacts and they said they would call me once they are ready it's been more than two weeks with no call. After the appointment I asked for a doctors note because I am in college and they said I can't get one because I used insurance on my appointment. The front desk girl urea was completely rude when I called to see if I could pick up my contacts. She left me on hold for multiple times only to say they are not ready. I hung up and called again and asked to speak to a manager and he said they are in stock and I can pick them up. All in all I will not be going here again and I have been using this eyeglass place for years.

Gotta love it when eye doctors actually listen to you! It's the one reason why I've been coming to this place for over four years. It's worth driving the extra miles to see a doctor here. My only issue is ordering contacts takes forever it seems and they've actually screwed up my order before. Not once. But twice. At least the staff is friendly! Just beware of the parking lot. Those chick fil a drivers are crazy for their food!

There are other locally owned business that give much better customer service. It seems like the training is behind and workers have to have optometrists sign off on simple things, which slows down getting what you need.

Although you can get two glasses and an eye exam for 79.95 the service is horrendous. You will be waiting for ever and the staff seems semi incompetent. So if you are looking to save money it's a good place but be prepared for slow and horrible service

I went to the location on Business Center and the customer service is horrible!! I called to see if my contacts were ready because they told me 10- 14 business days. It went past that time when nobody is informing me of where my contacts are. They left me on hold for 30 minutes nobody came to the phone so I drove there to get answers. Needless to say that when I did get my exam they skipped me in line and took someone before me even though I got there before them. The person in charge had no answers as to why it took so long just awful experience because all they had to do was just communicate. Somebody dropped the ball but not going to admit it!!

I started coming to this location first but honestly the ladies always look annoyed and bored out of their mind. They always manage to mess up my contact order somehow and never seem how to get my insurance and Eye Care Club to work. Also refused my brother the Eye Care Club saying it was no longer available and I was able to get it for him at a different location instead. I much rather drive 35 minutes away to the Wilcrest location by 59 South and do business with them instead.

Great service!!!!Came in 2 minutes till close (4/29 )and Lisa with purse in hand and prepared to close, helped me with a quick frame tightening.Customer for life!

Definitely do NOT recommend coming to this location. The customer service is absolutely terrible, the girls at the front desk don’t ever want to do their job. In the past week I scheduled 2 different appointments and they canceled them, one because I was 9 minutes late and they offer a 10 minute grace period and the second because I was simply ONE minute late. I went in today after calling hours prior to make sure I could pick up a copy of my prescription so that I can take my business elsewhere and they said I could go in at any time. I show up at almost 3 and apparently the doctors at “lunch” and they have to call ME to tell me when to get it. They’ve given me such a hard time in the past week, wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.

You shouldn't expect the best bedside manner when you visit this facility. As a first time patient, I was not aware that they required me to check the details of my vision coverage with my insurance. The young lady who checked me in told me in the rudest manner that they don't provide that service amd that I would have to call myself but since that would require extra time, I now would be outside of their 10 minute grace period which meant that I needed to reschedule. I simply explained to her that I am not use to a provider office not checking my insurance for coverage and that it would have been nice to know this information prior to coming in for my appointment. As a new patient, this would have assisted me with managing my expectations prior to my visit. She seem to get annoyed and then reluctantly proceeded to check to see if they would still see me. After being on hold with my insurance company for 17 minutes and obtaining my coverage information,, they told me that they didn't take my insurance. I was treated like II violated there presence and their day. They should realize that when a patient is new, they probably have the expectation that an Optometrist office operates like most provider offices.. No one should treated like they are the problem as a first time patient because they didn't do their due diligence with explaining the appropriate process of verifying your own coverage prior to your visit. If you are not looking for your day to be ruined because of the bad attitude in this facility them go somewhere else. No one who is providing this type of service should show up to work if you are going to treat patients like it's your fault that they had to come into work. Afterwards. I went to Visionworks and the experience was so amazing and they allowed me to walk-in to get my eye exam. They were professional, efficient and completely knowledgeable about how to check your insurance for coverage. This service made up for the negative energy that I experienced at Americas Best. Just because they charge less for eye wear doesn't mean you should be treated less then.

Jay was great!! Very helpful and kind! First time glasses-wearer and I had trouble picking out my frames, he was very patient and helped find the best ones for me! Thank you again, Jay! Couldn't have done it without ya!

This is a great team. Everyone is nice and caring. From the receptionist to the Doctor all were welcoming and warm. Highly recommended for eye care specialists.

Great experience with Jay picking out glasses and with Jennifer picking up glasses! They arrived before the 2-week promised timeline. They were busy when we came in for pickup, but Jennifer managed to keep everyone happy and got them what they needed.

Ms Jennifer is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I had an emergency and needed help right away, and instead of turning me away like others she stopped to investigate. I have been and Eye Care Club member for years, and I always schedule my appointments. Today was the first day that I had to walk in to ask for help. I was having lunch and there was an incident that occurred to where my glasses were broken. I was forced to drive without any corrective lenses and just needed a temporary fix so that I would be able to see the road to make it home. My simple request was a temporary pair of contacts until my next appointment. Others were quick to turn me away before understanding my emergency but Miss Jennifer stopped and asked me to follow her for that she could find out more on how she could help. My vision is impaired and I have a restriction on my drivers License. Miss Jennifer saved me the possibility of getting into a life-threatening accident. Thank you so much Miss Jennifer for understanding my need and stepping in to help. I wish others would take the time to listen before immediately turning someone away because you never know if you could be saving someone’s life. We understand that you have to set an appointment but it’s doesn’t hurt to listen to what the customer is saying.

The doctor and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly beside the front desk person Jaylen. She was very rude and continued to answer a call while in the middle of me speaking. I would look into getting a more friendly person to greet your customers.
