They came and picked up our van, took it back to Pearland, fixed it, and brought it back to us. Doesn’t sound like much except we live in Uvalde, Texas, which is 4 1/2 hours away from the place we bought it. AMS Vans in Houston or Pearland, Texas really took care of us. We had an issue that the local dealer could not fix and the dealer in San Antonio could not fix and two local really good garages could not fix and then Mobility Works in San Antonio could not fix it. AMS honored our warranty because we only had 18,000 miles on this van. They paid for everything and when we couldn’t get it fixed locally they came and picked it up and took it back to Houston and they fixed it. It is as smooth and quiet as it was when we first bought it with 9 miles on it I want to thank Mark and Brent and Rafik for being so patient and finally getting it done for us. We will certainly buy the next one from the same place.

Excellent customer service. We have used AMS for installation and service for the past two years. The quality of their work has always been very good. Several times we had warranty services on our equipment. Each time the work was performed fast which was greatly appreciated.

Great to do business with. They are in Pearland, TX, about 40 miles from where I live in north Houston. I offered to come to their location to look at one of their vans, but to my enjoyment, they brought the van to me. Great condition, good price. They did NOT have to ferry it back.

I purchased it Toyota, sienna conversion, hybrid van, and from day one it had some major issues. Customer service was fantastic however. The very same day I called them They brought me a replacement loaner van and took mine and repaired it. Their customer service is outstanding in that they were very attentive, Very helpful, very concerned, very accommodating.

This is my first experience with handicap vans. Drew was great to work with in Sales. I had a recall on the Honda van that the local dealer did not want to touch it.. The service manager was to call me back and never did. Rafik the Warranty Advisor for AMS Vans went above and beyond to help with our recall. He contacted a local audio company to remove the quarter panels so the Honda dealer would finish the recall. I can't say enough about his assistance and persistence in negotiating with Honda of America and the local dealer to complete the recall. The total process took over six months! Service after the sale was wonderful!

After researching mobility vans to help get my mom to her appointments, I chose a chrysler pacifica from AMS Vans. We love it. The service has been great so far thanks to Michael Galloway who has been our point of contact since the beginning. He has always been quick to return my calls and respond to our concerns and gotten us the help or repairs needed. I would definitely recommend AMS Vans to anyone looking to buy a mobility van.

Mark was good to work with. Van was priced competitively for a manual rear-entry model. Some mixups with inventory, but was straightened out promptly. A few snafu’s with paperwork, but nothing significant. A rear body panel fastener broke, causing us to visit the local Toyota dealer for repairs. Floor mats and 2nd key fob were not initially provided, but eventually arrived. Not as smooth a procedure as dealing directly with a local car dealer, but, all things considered, not a bad experience . The van itself is great! Good workmanship, looks sharp, and easier to enter/exit than my 18-year old Chrysler. Plus a bit more headroom. After all is said and done, if you can afford it, I would recommend AMS accessible vans

They went above and beyond. Manufactured and installed a part to repair my van ramp at 1/3 the cost of other local handicap dealers. Now I remember why I use them whenever I need a repair to my handicap van. Thanks

If you need hand controls, I would highly recommend this facility. After calling all the places in the Houston area for prices, AMS in Pearland was significantly less than everyone else and Michael Galloway was a pleasure to work with.
