Worst place ever
the ladies at the front desk intentionally scam you if you ask them a price they tell one price but when it’s time to pay they add additional charges . I was very specific requested reg short plain gel nails
They charged me 85 I asked for what she said because you requested them be cut never heard of that then she laughed when I told her she was not honest from the beginning and was scamming me they give you less experienced mail techs if your a new customer so beware he made my nails wider than my nailbed ! Overpriced bad customer service dirty floor old chairs and etc
They just lost 8 good paying customers because where I go so do my girls

Went here because my normal nail tech changed her hours. I will NEVER be coming back to this place. My nails didn't last 24 hours. Jewels falling off nail polish chipped my nails last me 1 month, and after 1 week I am going to have to go back to get my nail redone because they look HORRIBLE! Save yourself NEVER go to this establishment!

An absolute horror of an experience! The attitudes of the staff was unacceptable. In addition to that the quality of service received was subpar to say the least. There are a plethora of salons to go to in the Pearland area. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Horrible service.
I went to get my nails done on a Saturday. As I have a busy schedule during the week. I paid $45 for shellac with chrome. Not even 2 hours after leaving my nails started to peel off. Not only the chrome but the whole shellac base. I went with n Sunday to get them fix. The girl at the front told me they did it have anybody available and I had to wait. I waited but since I had an event later ( reason why I got my nails done ) after waiting for 15 min I asked how long would it take. She stated she didn’t know. I asked her if she would redound me since all nails were peeled off. She said no. I would have to wait for someone to fix my nails. I requested to speak to the manager and no manager or supervisor was at the salon. She called him and stated I could come back another day. I explained her that this is my second time driving to get my nails done and I have a busy schedule for work. So coming back meant going during the week ( it was Sunday) and I expressed that I had a busy schedule for work and their business hours were close by the time I was off work. I asked her if the manager wasn’t there if I could speak to him on the phone, just like she did previously. I asked for a refund so that could go to a place and get then fix. As I was on a rush for the event. She called her manager and she said he stated he was not available. So he was available for her but not me. She offered me a $20 refund when we paid $45. The whole situation was ridiculous. When they provided an horrible quality service. I had already drive twice and most importantly my time! Most valuable thing was wasted. I told her that $20 riding was ridiculous because all nails were peeled off. She stated that was my option or coming back. For a 3rd time!! Horrible service, no education or respect. Horrible work quality. If they were to do my nail properly this whole situation would be different. Now I’ll have to come back again waste more time, money for gas to “hopefully “ get it fixed. Very disappointed

This nail shop use to be my go to for nails and pedi. The quality has decreased over the years. Management was rude to me previously when a nail tech forgot to put the final coat on the dip. Today I came to give it one more try and the tech clipped my toe nails and then put them back in my spa water. This will be definitely be my last visit here! Also Noone know how to work the massage chair when you ask. Run very poorly

Drove 45 minutes because they have a cute bar… the drink was watered down. Waited 50 minutes after being told the wait would be less than 30 minutes.. allowed 3-4 people to be serviced before me and claimed they had appointments when I heard them with my own ears say they were walk ins. The lady doing my nails was very rude.i Won’t be coming back I already advised my friend not to have her wedding party get there nails done here definitely didn’t live up to the expectations when I suggested my friends to come here ….. my toes were ok in the end but service was bad.

This place is wonderful! It doesn't smell like a nail salon, it's very clean, and it has a lot of colors to choose from. I went in for a pedicure and dip nails and it was all wonderful. The massage chairs are really comfortable and work well. Michael did my pedicure and he did such a wonderful job, I almost fell asleep multiple times. Helen did my dip nails and she did a great job listening to what I wanted and making sure I liked what she was doing. I like to keep my nails super short, and a lot of nail salons try and talk me out of it. Helen didn't. She made sure they were the length I liked before she moved on. I also got a design on my nails and Helen did an amazing job! I love everything about this salon. The prices are a little higher than what I'm used to, but for the quality of work and service, I don't mind paying a little more!

The place is nice, but the staff is rude. I walked in and asked for a set of nails of my preference. I kindly showed a picture of the style I wanted. The nail tech raised her voice at me as if i were a child and said “I don’t care what this picture looks like, I think this looks better on you!.” At that moment this salon lost my service. That is unprofessional, unacceptable. Do not recommend it.

We had appointments for a group of 5: 2 mothers and 3 girls. This was something we had planned for a month. They seated us all separately and then when I complained about this afterwards they said we should have told them we should have said we all wanted the pedicures first. The girls were all separated from each other for the majority of their time. At some point they were also separated from us. The tech who did my pedicure was not friendly and did a hurried leg massage. When I asked to add 5 more minutes, he basically said it was too late since he had gotten the hot towels. They acted like our group and requests were a complete inconvenience. I would not recommend this place ever again. I usually go to Tuscan Villa, and they have 10x better customer service. They will pamper you and make sure their customers are satisfied. Do not go here.

The same day I got my nails done for a special occasion, gel polish(extra on top of pedicure) came off on both feet. I spent over $200 for my service, my mother’s service, and a prince pedicure. Not sure was happened that day but I was not happy. I was getting ready for a wedding and couldn’t make a turn around trip back to the salon.
If I’m paying for services, my nails and pedicure should last especially if I requested GEL POLISH! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
