This establishment has potential, but significant improvements are needed in time management. It does not make sense to schedule 8:30 AM appointments when staff consistently arrive after that time. This is now my third visit where the office did not open until after 8:30, despite my scheduled appointment. As a customer, my time is just as valuable, and repeated delays are both inconvenient and unprofessional.
At this point, I will consider finding another Anytime Lab outside of the Pearland location. I would only recommend this location if you plan to schedule for 10:30 AM or later. Please take into account that customers also have schedules to keep.

Service was quick and professional. Two things I really appreciate:
(1) they hire interns and invest the time to train the younger generation to grow.
(2) they have inventory of smaller gauge needles. My veins are small and shy. I’m always hesitant because I’ve been pricked multiple times in a single blood drawn before. At AnyLab, Giovanni (the nurse who helped me) did a great job. One successful prick and I didn’t even feel it.
Thanks for making it a calm easy experience for me.

Lisa and Jessica are super nice! These two beautiful women hooked me up with a vitamin B12 shot for a little pick me up. First time I am super excited to see how it goes. Thanks for the awesome experience! Cheers!

So rude and unprofessional stuff on Saturday, they seemed inexperienced and they were acting all lost and working super slow. They didn't even greet me or even acknowledge me for about 35 minutes.

Very unprofessional! Didn't provide adequate information when I went to get a lab test, then tried to blame it on the customer and refused to give results but they took my money. I will not come back here or recommend this place to anyone or my colleagues.
I am writing it here because It would not let me reply to you. First, thank you for your response, I appreciate your clarification regarding the lab procedures but this is the right place. I went to your office 9 months ago approximately and ended up having to redo my test at another location.

I had a really bad stick in my arm for blood draw. My arm is badly bruised for a week. During the blood draw blood was running down my leg. I would not go back to this location. Not very professional.

Very friendly and professional people. Everyone was working and the ones who weren't, were right there and ready to assist the ones who were working.
It was a wonderful experience and in all honesty, I was the one who felt out of place, because of how professional and serious the people were.
I will return later this month for a hair follicle.
P.S.
The scriptures on the wall, were a big plus to my decision making

Easy to access location. Very welcoming staff and owner. Was sent here as listed by CPL website, however this is not a legitimate CPL location. Any Lab Test Now staff & owner Lysa helped my daughter even though they are not CPL, which I appreciate so much. They were quick and efficient. We were able to get results quickly. Likely to return here instead of where I previously ordered labs from. This location is very clean and organized as well. Thank you again Lysa!

They DO NOT offer saliva test for d&a screening. Call first, don't schedule online and waste your time like I did.

Lady named Lisa is a liar and a thief I waited over a week for a refund. She tried robing me 400$ before I reported her to the BBB for a criminal investigation.
