“One of the assistants, Jacob, was awesome with the customers. I wanted to use a coupon for my fabrics. As he was assisting another customer, I knew what to do from his directions to her. As he was trying to help me complete my purchase, I was still downloading the app. It took me a while to sign up, but he was really patient. Then, he asked me what project I was working on. He found out that I was a teacher, and he helped me get an additional discount. As I was completing everything, I noticed him greet and assist every customer either entering the store or checking out. Great customer service this was!”
