Went into the store and the associate that “helped” was the worst. Horrible attitude didn’t want to do her job and of course was in a horrible mood because we go in there at night trying to upgrade our families phones. Proceeds to tell us they can’t do all the lines at once which is the dumbest excuse. I would never go into a store ever again. I would rather swallow razors then deal with bs associates like this. Confused self.

These guys came into my backyard while I was in the middle of a Teams meeting and dug something up which cut my Xfinity Internet, and then they left. Now I have no internet.
I work from home, I need internet to do my job. I called their landline support and the soonest they could come out to fix their screw up is 3 weeks out. This is completely unacceptable.

Zero customer service and communication. Our AT&T fiber has been out 7 days now in pearland. It is affecting 6 neighborhoods and It’s not a priority for AT&T to fix. Use someone else as your provider.

My lease can not end soon enough, to get me away from being forced to us AT&T bad service. I will never move into another place if AT&T is my only internet provider option again!

Horrible customer service, I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to come set up my internet and now they are telling me it will be another week. I can't use anyone else because they are the only isp in my area.

Price is good, but 3 months after move, my bill goes from $52 to $229 for internet only for 1 month. It took all day to resolve. Literally 6hrs with their customer service. The service itself is not as good as Comcast. My Roku, PS4 as well as my cell phones disconnect and reconnect all day long.

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service, mediocrity abounds. Anyone else is better, yes even comcast.

They have the worst web site that never works as it should and the worst help desk. Their technical support is pretty good, but we wasted about 5 hours on 3 different days trying to transfer internet service and never got it done.
