We switched t mobile to att and they initially screwed up the entire order when shipping the phones. Our T-Mobile lines were turned off prematurely and we stopped into this location. The woman who helped us on Jan 17th at around 10am got everything figured out all while helping out multiple customers. I can't say enough about her as we had multiple phones across multiple states. This is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a mobile store. Thanks again.

OMG!! where do I start?! So I started at the sienna location trying to get my daughter another iphone due to her not wanting her current phone she had which was an android phone. Well a young lady helped us but said they didn't have the phone she wanted n to go to another location 5 mins from the location we was at. Upon receiving the information we asked her if she was able to get another phone. The young lady pulled up her account and said she was eligible with a 350 off a phone. So we proceed to go the other location 5 mins away on hwy 6 by canes. Get in there was greeted nice til someone came over to help. We proceeded to tell him what we needed and the situation. First thing he said was your not going to get much off. That ran me hot because that lwt me know he really wasn't trying to help. So as we proceeded with her information to open her account. He told us she couldn't upgrade or get another phone until January.unless we went to apple and purchase a phone there. Not good! I was hot! So I said why did the young tell us that. He proceeded to say they are new and basically don't know what they're talking about. He still saying all the wrong things. Well we left there saying we'll try another location and he said he's right due to him being there for 2 years. At that point. We left. So then we did just that. Went to another location in pearland location at 11011 shadow creek Pkwy. The young man Jordan was a SAINT!! when I tell you we was not in store long. We explained the whole situation from the other locations. Jordan was there to assist in any way. He made sure my daughter walked out with her iPhone working!! No money out our pockets! No hassels! He went into her phone with the solution n fixed the problem!! Not to mention I even got a phone with no money out of pocket! So with all that being said yall go see Jordan at this location please! He's patient and knows what the hell he's doing!! Thank you so much Jordan! I will definitely be back in the future for upgrades n more business with you! Preciate you! Be blessed🙌

Will scam you to get commission. Be careful
Skylar added next up and different insurances to my account without my permission. He wouldn’t let me buy the phone for $200. I told him I only needed it for text and talk. Mariah was kind and willing to take my pin and name to contact her district manager. I will update once it’s resolved.
Update the store fixed the problem for me!

Isabella, was nice and helped us go through any questions/concerns about anything related to plans, phone types. I also liked my experience because she was really friendly and the other employees were also welcoming. Overall my experience was 5 stars especially with the employee who helped us go through switching from one company to their company. I am pleased and thankful.

Just go to the one on Broadway because they acted like I was inconveniencing them; didn’t seem interested in helping me understand my options. It felt like I was dealing with a teenager instead of someone in customer service.
