Everyone has been super nice, both on the phone and in person. Tom went above and beyond fielding my call. And I don't remember his name, but this morning your team helped me get an AC recharge kit for $60... then got a $10 discount for being a rewards member.... went home and took care of it on my own and now my AC blows cold. Local shop wanted to charge me $300. Thanks guys. Sincerely!

Car part places have a wide range of customer service levels, and it’s really up to the staff to decide where they fall on the spectrum from “you have to tell me what part you want” to “we’ll handle everything”. This particular crew is kind, professional, and reassuring for those of us who aren’t the greatest with DIY. My tools were on loan and it made my day so much easier that they were willing to jump in and help. This is the only place I’ll go for parts in Pearland.

Battery light was on in wife's car. Was immediately attended to by the staff. A wonderful and very professional young man named Zane rang me up a new battery, installed it, and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes. That's what you call true customer service! Thank you Zane! Thank you Auto Zone! God bless y'all!

I feel as a Hispanic mixed race elderly woman (Rene) treated me differently he was not helpful, and y would think he’s Hispanic and he would help Hispanic women, but no he was rude and not helpful towards women like me, but a young blk man did not see color or the way y look, he wanted to help everyone, when y meet special people like this, y really want to shine the light on them his name starts with a (k)

Excellent service 👏! I walked and was immediately greeted. I was heading in for new headlights. I had a very good idea of what size my vehicle took. The manager helped me find the specific one that is best for my vehicle. I was going to just purchase the headlights only, but he told me about their checkout special, and I couldn't say no. He also told me about the importance of bulb grease and how it would help the lights last a little longer. I highly recommend coming here for any aftermarket auto parts! The team here will definitely take care of you !

Went to this AutoZone early Saturday morning, looking to buy a few cans of freon with the gauge. Apparently I didn't have enough on the card so it only taken out $28.10 the manager on shift that day stated that it didn't take out it was only pending. So I went back to the vehicle to get another card to finish the transaction out. He wanted to start the whole transaction over again when I told him that he was going to recharge me all over again, I showed him my account where it stated that the money came out of the account but he says that it didn't come out. My bank statement also says I was charged $28.10 and I never received the purchase. At the end of that closing day it should have stated somewhere where they were over $28.10. I'm still fighting this case it happened October 12th 2024. 👎
