Went into AutoZone needing a battery for my key fob in the car when you start not only did they help me insert the new battery into the key fob but they also jump started my car and wanted nothing in return. Customer service was excellent

AutoZone lured me in with false advertising and pulled a bait-and-switch when I was ready to pay. I came in for the advertised deal: a 5-quart jug of oil, one extra quart, and an oil filter for $31.99. But at the counter, I was told that the $31.99 only applied to the 5 quart oil itself. The full package was actually $37.99—something only mentioned in fine print. I wasted a 30-minute trip just to be misled and nearly taken advantage of. This is a poor business practice. If the real price is $37.99, it should be clearly displayed in bold print, not hidden in tiny print.
