This place is a joke. My dog was having an emergency and this was not after hours and this is the place I have brought him since he was a pup. I was told we don’t have any openings you will have to take him to another location . As I was walking him out to go to my car the girl come out and says the doctor says she will see him I bring him back in she basically looks at him , and they sent me to the Emergency Vet that opens at 6 pm. Are they not a Pet Hospital? They take your money for so call pet insurance and when you pet is sick they send you to places that don’t take your pet insurance and provide the care that they are supposed to provide.

I have using Banfield for some years now and has never been disappointed. Great customer service, always kept in the loop about my furry one, and they always do a follow up call.

Do not leave pet for drop off exam or extended stay! Happy to provide photos and detail. One of the customer survey questions: did they treat your pet as if was their own? If that is the the treatment, or the lack of, for a drop-off surgical consult, my dog would have better odds roaming the street!

HORRIBLE!! I went in for my pets routine shots and test. When I called to schedule the appointment, during the appointment, and during check-out I repeatedly asked if my pet was up to date on everything. They said yes. I also said I use Chewy and they will request approval for my pets Heartworm and flea/tick meds. They said okay. After my appointment they began to send me emails about purchasing both meds. I submitted my medication order to Chewy and they always request approval from your vet. I received an email that said the heartworm med was declined. So, I called to find out why. They said my pet needs a current heartworm test. I advised he was just in for shots and everything to be current and why wasn’t it done. You advised me 2 times before I left that he was up to date. Silence…… I advised that I have no problem paying for the test but I’m not paying for another $69 visit because it should have been done when he came in for shots and everything. Silence….. she said hold on and came back and said she made a note for my pets vet to contact me Saturday to fix it. 3 days away. Saturday comes around…. Nothing. I called 3 days later…. She’s not there left a message. Once again no call back. I called today the following weekend. No one answered. So, I had to leave a message. My pet needs his monthly meds today. No one has called, left a message or followed up with me. It seems like they don’t care about making sure your pet is taken care of, they don’t follow up and all they care about is taking your money. I am a new customer!! They SUCK! I am VERY disappointed…. SMH ….. The facility is Banfield Pet Hospital in Pearland, TX located in Silverlake plaza inside Petsmart….

Overrated. Cost too much FOR THE AMOUNT OF SERVICE YOU GET. One lady was so rude and corporate office won't help you. They finally got to my dog's problem after l had to get upset about it. $400.00 and still donot know what is wrong with my dog was ridiculous! Then l had to still buy the medicine. The doctor finally came out and gave me an explanation. I felt it didnot have to take all the complaints l had to get down to the problems.

Scheduled a drop off, let them know he wasn't great with cages. They made accommodations and I stayed nearby to get Buddy In and out quickly, pup seemed happy throughout the encounter. 35 mins if that

Rip off do not use this place. Do not take your pet here as they are not diligent in identifying issues with your pet. They take your money and do nothing for it. I see you told me to reach out no thanks. Your company has done enough damage. Dollars over care should be your motto.
