CONGRATULATIONS, excellent service from the moment you enter. The host was very kind, and the executive Ryan, with the help of both, I managed my doubts and I can say that the offers they offered me were indeed correct and they are a total support to us, the clients. Thank you very much.

Just switched to BOA. My 5 stars are strictly for Rajwant Kaur & welcoming staff in lobby today taking care of business. I was not impressed to see one long line for the teller station. Luckily I had an appointment. Mrs. Kaur was sweet professional & patient with me. She is the reason I will continue to bank with BOA.

Terrible service. I brought coins to trade for cash. One woman took my bag of coins, asked me if I knew how much it was. I said no. She took it behind the counter and when I stepped up, there was a different teller and, they shorted me $30, which had been in the form of quarters. When I questioned them, the woman said, I thought you didn't know how much you had. I said, I knew it was One Sixty something. She said well this is all you gave me, and she showed me and started to count, $100 in quarters. I said no, there was $130 in quarters.... and so it began. I had to make them take my name and number, they never offered to balance their draw... terrible. I tried calling the bank manager. No answer. Service is unacceptable. They're not trustworthy. I went back to have them balance the draw and they said the balance. Of course they do if the woman pocketed my money.

This is the most pathetic excuse for customer service I have ever seen - in any industry. You cannot get an actual person on the phone. If you go in person, it can take 30 minutes for the ONE (yes - one!!) teller. I wish I can give negative stars! How they are still in business confuses me.

This branch is absolutely pathetic.
There is just one teller who is hidden behind a wall bad costumer service all along the waiting times to meet with a teller, can be up to 30 min,now... if you have Millions in your account the service may change but if you with few thousands in your account you mean nothing to them

This branch has been refurbished to reduce the number of teller windows down to 1. Now wait times for a teller can approach 30 minutes around the lunch hour. If you need something other than visiting the teller, it can still be a wait, but you'll likely be taken care of quicker than if you were waiting to see the teller. I suggest going to another branch even if it is a few miles further away.
The teller line can have customers taking care of business operations such as exchanging money for coins, which is time consuming. The branch does not have a separate line for that kind of transaction.

Terrible branch. Poor customer service, do not notify clients timely when money ordered arrives (so it’s not possible to pick up before leaving the country, which is why extra was paid for overnight delivery), refuses to do anything to correct their mistakes, pawns clients off to other departments that never answer the phone and keep you on hold for an hour only to hang up on you. Honestly, pretty much par for most BOA branches. Can’t wait to close all our accounts and move to a credit union!!!! Don’t waste your time here.

Disappointed with this bank and with the agency more so because it takes an eternity to serve you and by the way the girl who treated me in a bad way and incidentally told me that she didn't know anything or because the solution she gave me was almost nothing about my problem. I do not recommend that you come to this agency, it is too late for them to give you terrible service.

Very bad service, they take too long to respond, there are few staff attending and I also requested information and they told me that it would arrive in my mail in 5 days and 11 have already passed and it still hasn't arrived
