Disappointed with this bank and with the agency more so because it takes an eternity to serve you and by the way the girl who treated me in a bad way and incidentally told me that she didn't know anything or because the solution she gave me was almost nothing about my problem. I do not recommend that you come to this agency, it is too late for them to give you terrible service.

It is pretty sad that you can't speak to anyone when you call. After going through all the phone prompts They tell you that they are to busy to take your call...Horrible customer service.

Miss Rosie needs to act like she wants her job because waiting in a 20 minute line just to have her yell “PLEASE GIVE ME A SECOND” at you is not professional. That being said all other tellers are great! But as soon as I get into Rosie’s line I immediately wish I wasn’t.

I know that a lot of people might think negatively towards a major national bank, but I have been doing business with Bank of America for over 20 years. They have always been there for me when I needed anything from regular transactions to help with our retirement funds. If you are a small business they also have what is called a "small business banker" who you can work with directly for your business needs. Thank you BOA!

This Bank has no consideration for American rights. There is no mask mandate for the State of Texas regarding this fake PLANDEMIC, and they bully you into wearing a mask in order to be inside. I do not bank there, I was simply making a deposit for an employee of mine, and they gave me a hard time about putting on a mask (HALF THE PEOPLE IN THERE WERE "WEARING ONE" UNDER THEIR NOSE ANYWAY JUST TO QUALIFY TO BE INSIDE - HARDLY A SAFETY MEASURE.) and I refused to wear one so they kicked me out. THEY DO NOT OFFER A DRIVE THROUGH EITHER. This bank is not who anyone in their right mind, or anyone who values their God-Given rights should use. Let all the leftists and the followers and sheep go here. If you are a Patriot and believe in your rights, go elsewhere.. CHASE BANK has been awesome in respecting our rights to not wear a mask. Thank you!
