This place is pathetic. They don't answer the phone. They are rude and unhelpful and don't know anything about estate accounts. They were sitting in front of me and asking me to call an 800 number to get help, after months of paperwork. I would run from this place.

Great customer service. I had an appointment but I got their early and they took me 1/2 hour early! Answered all my questions and took care of my needs very quickly and efficiently too!!

double zero. NO STARS...I attempted to cash a cashiers check from bank of america different institution. I was told to wait 24 hours because apparently the bofa branch was closed. Honestly, if it is a check from another branch why was it so hard to cash in. Fortunately, I went to my credit union they did not give me a hard time. The person who told me that the check could not be cash is Susan. I did overhear the cashier asking her for an override.

BOA-Their solution to coronavirus, close all mobile deposits, close 80% of all BOA's and then on open branches cut hours back ( yes, instead of 9 am now 10, limit tellers to one ( YES one) - lines out the door waiting in heat for over an hour on multiple occasions. This is ultra poor management and yet with no doubt they will get bailed out yet again by Uncle Sugar( jokes on you when we run out of dollars!). Our two small businesses run nearly 2 M in deposits and cannot wait to move to another bank. Laziness and ultra poor management are NOT solutions to this virus!!!

This is the dumbest thing I've seen. No drive thru. A line out the door. 1 teller and 2 processing paperwork. I don't think I've seen a more poorly run operation. No apologies. Switching to Chase TODAY.

Customer service sucks. I will be closing my account. Been waiting for an hour and half and the staff operators are less than snails speed. Absolutely horrible service from the lady that stands at the entrance to the bankers in the cubicles. They are extremely slow.
