Let me start with the service repair 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ (avg yearly mileage 10K....which is excellent)...truthfully I have no issues with the repair or the $3000 bill; however, I believe any dealership/repair shop would have delivered the same end results. Thats Not the issue. The issue is customer service and closed loop communication. I noticed the 2.2 customer rating and said to myself that couldn't be right. Nope it's right..lol 20+ years in the Marine Corps has prepared me for all types of folks and conversations. I have always enjoyed the underlying insults and swipe lefts because assumptions are made based on my REI choice of wardrobe, which is why I'm upfront with my expectations......I shouldn't have to call to update myself or reconfirm authorizing a full repair (especially after informing them of what was needed to be repaired)......here we go again "Well sir this, well sir that ...some people consider a 100 dollars repair a lot a money....WTH!?" I didn't any receive a after service car wash. If 'Ole Joe" was still there working, I know for a fact my outcome would have been different. The customer glue is no longer there. To my Navy Docs and Marine Corps Brothers, on everything (I)we hold dear to our cloth. Do Not patronize this dealership.

Ishmael was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had a less than desirable experience immediately before we came to Bayway at the Jeep dealership. They didn’t know their products at all. It was refreshing that Ishmael clearly knew the Chevrolet products we were interested in.

PEARLAND LOCATION SERVICE. Yeah.. if you have anything older than 2014 they are not interested in your service business. To their credit, at least they are upfront about it over the phone. but if you have an '04 they won't even schedule you an appointment.

Ishmael was the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered even from those in other industries. He explained my truck to a T and answered all questions I had. He took time to show me the ins-and-outs af it's user interface and controls. I am very satisfied. Top if the line salesman and neighboring staff to his cube workstation.Thank you Ishmael and Bayway!

Travis went the extra mile to make sure I received excellent customer service. He made sure I did not have to rent a car. He also made sure the parts came back quickly. He set up an appointment for me so I would not have to wait all day. I had unlimited snacks while I wait, and I was also able to complete my work assignments. Thank you Travis for your excellent customer service!

3 days ago I bought a used 2022 F150 Lariat with ~32680 miles on it. Today I discovered a check engine light - small evap leak. My scan tool shows that the code was cleared ~350 miles ago (at the dealership). Very disappointing to see that they blatantly covered up a DTC. I have reached out to the salesman and manager I dealt with to see what they propose, but it definitely does not leave a good impression. Seems like very shady business practice to me - I will update if there is a positive resolution but I'd be weary of buying from these guys.

Very friendly and thorough. Made me as a first time buyer very comfortable. It took 4 hours but in that 4 hours they made sure to give me every discount they had and then some to make sure I was making a smart choice. The GM and Leonard and Manny were ALL amazing

I called them on the phone for a car I'm looking into and wanted to confirm availability and price. They confirmed the price that I saw on the website. Next day they send me a breakdown that has the base price at over 3000 what they had confirmed the day before and wanted a deposit asap. So frustrating working with dealerships like this, I don't plan to buy from them when competitors offer same car at MSRP and are upfront about that.

Great experience from start to finish. Very impressed with entire sales team. This was our second vehicle purchase from Bayway and it was even better than the first purchase. Your staff was friendly, had good knowledge of the truck they were selling and had fantastic communication via txt and phone calls. I've already told many co-workers and family about the great experience.

The key to my tires locking mechanism was missing. I just purchased the vehicle in December and have never had any issues with the vehicle. I only take it to the dealership for service and the last time they did a tire rotation. Amazingly they did not grumble or try to get around the key issue. They simply replaced it at no charge even though there was no proof they had lost it. No hassle, customer first attitude. What a refreshing change.

The representative that took care of me was very attentive, understanding and polite. Service was performed quick. They ensure that I felt comfortable while waiting by offering a very comfortable waiting room and water. This has been my kind of service I prefer. For the previous reasons I will cont buying my car at Bayway and nowhere else.
