I absolutely loved my experience today at BB Nails! Myself and two of my coworkers decided we needed a mani/pedi and a drink and we chose the perfect spot!! Definitely found our go to nail salon 🩷 10/10 I love my nails and toes and everyone there is so sweet.

Hey girls- this is the place to be. They don’t butchers your nails with drills and harsh tools. It’s what manicures and pedicures used to be like before salons became a factory line rushing through procedures.
Even better, you won’t find better prices anywhere in Houston! This is coming from a former NYer where manicures used to be $15 (ok, I’m dating myself, I know).
I drive from Memorial to Pearland juts to get this service. My nails have not been happier. It’s totally worth it and the team and owner are just gems!
Also - I’ve been hunting for the perfect milky pink. And they told me to try one coat funny bunny and two coats bubble bath. Heaven!

Subject: Complaint About Unprofessional and Discriminatory Treatment
On January 5, 2025, around 1:00 PM, I called BB Nails to schedule a pedicure with Nene. Nene has always been professional and quiet, delivering great service. However, today I was treated rudely by both Nene and Kim.
During my pedicure, Nene began polishing my nails, but the application on one toe was uneven. When I pointed it out, Kim, who was not even working on me, came over and claimed the issue was due to skin from my cuticles, which was untrue. She started speaking loudly and displayed a dismissive attitude. Despite her behavior, I stayed calm and simply requested the service be done correctly.
When I finished my appointment, I still gave Nene a tip as I paid. However, I was told by Kim that Nene no longer wanted to service me and that they would not provide services to me in the future. This was extremely upsetting.
I would like to speak with the manager regarding this incident. I’ve noticed that the prices vary each time I visit, which raises concerns about fairness and transparency. Furthermore, the behavior I experienced today felt discriminatory. It’s disheartening that many Black women, who contribute their hard-earned money to this business, are treated poorly.
When I asked to speak with the owner, Kim claimed she was the owner, though I question the validity of this claim. Her actions today lead me to believe she misrepresented Nene and escalated the situation unnecessarily.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this business. No one deserves the treatment I received. I am considering reporting this matter to local news outlets and believe further attention is needed to address the unprofessionalism and potential discrimination at BB Nails.

This place is good the only thing is that the lady’s are super quiet and don’t smile as much is like if they aren’t happy with their job besides that I like how they do my nails and my pedicure 🙂

First time here and loved my pedicure! The length and shape are perfect! I’m super picky about my nails but I will be coming back. I got the sole pedicure.

This place sucks! I treated my mom to a pedicure and the Hispanic lady did a horrible job and!!! She reused nail clippers, cuticle nippers and nails files that she had already used with her previous client. As someone that is currently attending Beauty school I can tell you that this place is trash and unsanitary and I will be reporting this establishment so it can hopefully get shut down. DONT COME HERE AT ALL
