We bought a refrigerator, washer & dryer from Bobo little over a month ago. Everything was going well but than the whirlpool washer stopped working. We called the warranty company but as you know this is a long process so I called the owner/manager at Bobo, he immediately sent a tech over to assess the situation, it was determined that the washer needed a new panel board, so owner sent me a brand new washer the very next day. His staff is very professional & courteous. I'm very happy with all of my appliances now. Forgot to mention the cost for appliances is magnificent.
