Went to get gas a month or so ago, and they charged me $125 holding fee or some crap. Will not be buying gas here anymore and been coming for years. I cant afford a holding fee even if it was only for like 4 to 6 hrs before the real charge came in. I was lucky and had enough money in my bank at the time but normally i dont. And cant risk getting a fee or anything.

Don’t stop here if you have a small baby. There are no changing tables.
They also have limited options for drinks

This is not the typical Buc-ee's that we stop in on the way to and from Austin. This location is tiny by comparison and much of the over-the-top selections that we have become accustomed to are not available here. BUT, it is still Buc-ee's, and the drinks are cold, the snack selection is deliciously unhealthy, and the staff is always friendly. Still one of my favorite locations.

The night shift manager treated me so indifferently I only asked for a sm. bag of ice "she replied it's going to take her 30 minutes to fill a bag". Told her I'll wait in the car, I mentioned to her let me go ahead and pay for the ice now she replied and said she cannot let me pay for the ice until she bags it she said I can only let you pay for the Coca-Cola and the bag of ice later I told her I needed to make one transaction not two transactions, with that being said she finally let me pay for both ice and a Coke. Buc-ee's is a nice and clean store but the customer service just isn't all there.

No trucks? One star. I will not give them a dollar or allow my family members to either. We all discussed it where I work, and we decided on a boycott.
