night manager questioned me about being parked in the handicapped parking spot. i clearly had my placard on the mirror being visible through the windshield. i don't understand why this would concern or be an issue for her, people have handicap placards for various reasons.

As famous as it is, they are ALL always crowded during the day,but can get in and out pretty fast! I personally feel it's a bit overpriced and overrated but that's just me! I still stop by for brisket sandwiches, from time to time!

I went to this location for the first time to get breakfast and gas and boy was it the biggest mistake of my life. First of all I bought a breakfast taco and skins and the taco was soggy full of wet refried beans and wet potatoes disgusting. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill and told him to put my change of 13.84 in gas. I pumped my gas and went to leave and was still on low fuel. So I went inside told the cashier what happened he came outside looked at my pump and gas meter in my car and saw tht the pump ran its course but my tank was still on low fuel. He replied with he will see what went wrong as well as check cameras for any foul play on my end. Well when he went in the back to check camera another general manager name Ben came out and asked wht happened and I explained the situation and his reply was total hostility and rudeness telling me im not getting any compensation for what has happened. So I requested police another mistake because they came saying I was making an disturbance because im late for work because their pump malfunctioned. And mind you im there 30 mins or so because before hand in beginning of complaint the cashier was claiming to not be able to find the transaction on cash register. Fast forward after the cameras was checked it was determined tht a mishap was definitely with the pump by the employee whom originally investigated my claim. Yet and still nothing was done.General manager Ben told the employee who investigated cameras to leave the front and told the cops to make me leave the premises with no compensation or care for how I got to work.The officer Greer told me something definitely went wrong on the stores end but unfortunately it was nothing he could do besides let me take a pic of the info on front of said pump and make an complaint through that and other channels.in which i am doing all day today. Ultimately Pearland police officers intimidated me thru aggressive tone and body language forcing me a black male to leave victimized by this business that has no compassion for its Customers. Fair warning..

Went to buccees today in Pearland and I love this store to today I was disappointed but how dirty the coffee station was and nothing was refilled is honestly sad will not be attending this location again
