Stoped by may 15, a girl and guy were attending us the whole time, my sister needed a bigger size the guy so politely offered to go check in the back for her with out us even asking, the girl was supper sweet and attentive making conversation, they did a great job with customer service. I asked for their name but just now have had a chance to leave this review so I forgot š„² very very nice though !

This one doesn't work and because I bought a pair of pants for my son and they are supposed to be a good brand and they were too big for him and they didn't want to change them and it doesn't seem fair to me because they cost so much so that they become ugly. Yes, in Walmart changes things that are not branded. And in this store I think that with more reason they should change things, Rockin Reival clothing is supposed to be a good brand but they did nothing

So today my 13 year old son and I ventured up to pearland from the lake Jackson area to get all the dreaded school clothes shopping done. Our area was pretty picked through for clothes considering I waited till last minute lol. We stopped in several stores in the Pearland Town Center and found ourselves in Buckle. As I said my son is 13 and is really just coming into his own style. I thought it would be a good stop at buckle as they have many styles in there. Boy was I in for a treat. We walked in and within moments a wonderful employee named Chris greeted us. He was with a customer when we first walked in but as soon as he was finished he didnāt hesitate. Chris was absolutely by far one of the most amazing employees Iāve had the pleasure of meeting in a shopping experience! I mean it! My 13 year old son tends to be shy and really unsure and Chris was extremely patient. My son really took to him. Which made it all the better because it made the whole experience very āat homeā type of feel. I told Chris I was there for pants, shorts, shirts the whole 9 yards ha ha. I explained to Chris that we liked more simple not all the rips in the jeans and shirts we were pretty open. He knew exactly what to grab and he knew the clothing and made suggestions with zero hesitation. I should also mention that within a couple minutes of him starting to help us he got my son started in a fitting room and Chris and I kind of tag teamed the process of helping my son figure out what he did and didnāt want. I told my son if there was something he did not like that he tried on just hang it over the door so I knew. Chris was on it! If my son didnāt like something Chris would take the item off the top of the door and go directly and put it away. If it was something we needed a different size same thing but Chris would grab us the size we needed while he put the other one away. Not for one second did we ever feel like we were a bother to Chris he was extremely happy to help. I didnāt feel like he was just trying to make a sale he was invested in making sure we were happy and my son was happy. I cannot say enough about Chris. When we went to check out we began to talk. We had a large purchase lol and so we talked as he began ringing my order. Iāve had many many years in management at customer service establishments such as fast food, clothing, even hardware. I thanked Chris as he was ringing our order for being so amazing and asked him how long he had worked at the store. He replied, ā6 days.ā My jaw dropped in disbelief! I was impressed immediately! In all my years in management and I told Chris I would have never guessed it was only his 6th day. He knew that store, he knew his products and even knew what they did and didnāt have for shoes! He knew the belts! Yes we bought belts as well ha ha. This kid knew his stuff!!!! The whole staff was amazing but we were very lucky to have gotten Chris! This kid is management material without a doubt please donāt let him get away as your company will benefit immensely by investing in his future with your company. This kid deserves a big recognition for his level of knowledge at 6 days in!! A gift card something! He was awesome. Chris, thank you so much for alllll of your help today with my sons shopping experience you made my life so easy today! I was worried I wouldnāt find him much no matter where we went but I truly believe that because of your suggestions and input my son was more comfortable taking the word of a young guy over mom ha ha. Thank you for you patience and kindness and the benefits of your knowledge that greatly eased a time of year that can be stressful for so many parents. You topped off our day! Keep up the great work and God Bless! By far best shopping experience Iāve ever had anywhere! Thank You to Chris and the whole crew today!

I have been disappointed in Buckle for the past few YEARS. I stopped in here today with a $100 gift card ready to be spent... only, like usual, walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone. (This has happened at the last few Buckle stores I've gone in.) I couldn't find anything I wanted to get anyways. I've had this gift card for like 3+ years and I can't find something I love. Everything is priced so high. Even clearance merchandise seems over priced. I wish I could trade my gift card in for cash and spend my $100 elsewhere.

If i could give 0 stars i would, sucks that its not even Buckle but this store itself. So if i could give anyone an advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY shopping at this location. Staff member advice me to not get a certain size ended up going by her "knowledge" the item ended up not fitting the person, went back to exchange it. Item was no longer in stock , staff asked to order it through online waited a whole freaking week for the item to arrive. Just to find out store never put out my order and labeled the item as a return not exchange.The so called manager is freaking rude and unprofessionalBuckle should really reconsider who they place as managers
