I gave up on trying to be helped. Every time someone spoke to me on the phone they had way too thick an accent and would not speak directly into the receiver. After the third time I just got annoyed and contacted Enterprise. This company would be better benefited by training their customer service people to speak strongly, clearly and enunciate like a professional CSR.

Well so far "Mike" has not been very helpful for me this morning. I rented a car last night, paid in full online, and he now has no car for me. He actually had the audacity to say he couldn't talk to me on the phone because he had "customers in front of him". Probably the one he gave my pre-paid reservation to - and very interesting that someone who pays online is not a customer who is valued. I will never prepay for a car again. He cannot promise I would be refunded immediately ("call the 800 number" was his sage advice), and he could not promise to fill the reservation. It's a big city, I have a hard time believing he couldn't find another budget location to bring a car to service the reservation. Now I'm sure he was as charming as could be to the customer in front of him, but that certainly has not been my experience so buyer beware.eta - editing to 4 stars - ended up getting a very nice car that I kept for 2 weeks while mine has been in shop. It shouldn't have taken my husband going in to make that happen, but maybe the attendant was having a bad day. Willing to give another chance.

What is the purpose tried to rent a car , just don’t offer to drop off different locations? Have never had problems renting a car just for 1 day. Would of given you zero stars but didn’t let me .?

Tip: if you are a Costco customer use Costco travel portal to rent the car. You will get the corporate rate. Good service. Polite staff. Quick checkin and checkout. Overall: good experience

Tarsha changed our view on renting vehicles! I was apprehensive because renting cars in the past has been nothing but a nightmare. But when I came in Tarsha told me what she had and how much. But I had found a deal cheaper and they honored it! The first car I got had low tire pressure and the mechanic told me to pull into the back and he would fill it. He noticed it was really low so they set me up with a different car! These are all nice, new cars, too. I was set up with a brand new Nissan Altima with 10k miles. The check in and check out process was a matter of MINUTES!!!! No extra fees tacked on, nothing. Thank you for your great hospitality!!!
